Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was immaculate, staff went above and beyond, food was amazing, drinks were flavorful and refreshing. The spa was a hidden gem and walks on the beach were picturesque! Bonus was it was humpback whale season and we could see many from anywhere on the property!

The three restaurants on site serve up wonderful dishes and cocktails and the views from the room (especially of the famous arches) are fabulous. All rooms face the beautiful sea. United StatesTruly an amazing property with best staff from check in with Marco Vazquez to concierge Bree who was super helpful in planning an amazing sailing/snorkeling cruise, to the pool area with Jaime, the pool concierge and waiters Lenny, Aldo and Leo. It is the place to stay in Cabo=-views from room are the best around and the food was great--try the sushi bar in the lounge for amazing sushi and sashimi. Can't wait to come back to The Cape!

AustraliaIt's expensive, especially for a place that isn't inclusive. It's a littler further out of town, so be prepared to spend money on taxi's and transport.
The service was impeccable. The food is fantastic. The pool is excellent. The room is very comfortable and clean. Normally I don't like staying at resorts during the day, but at The Cape I didn't want to leave.

United StatesI would like to have some more simple dinner options. The lunch options are perfect, but the dinner options are formal and after a day in the sun we sometimes want a lighter meal.
I LOVE this hotel! I have been back multiple times and each time my stay is outstanding. Love the location! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool and access to the beach is gorgeous. The massage I got at the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had!

The property is well maintained with 5 star service and super friendly staff willing to help with anything! We traveled with 2 teenagers who had an amazing time.
