I would not suggest staying for longer than a day or two, especially if you are travelling with others or are someone who likes to hang out in your room.

Very clean, easy check in, close to the airport. There are places for food and drink in the same plaza. Good communal shower facilities. Very cool experience. It felt like I was in a sci fi movie.

Breakfast would be better, it's more like a very quick snack for now. And maybe without the intrusive tip requests as it's an included service. The doors of the capsules move too loudly, really! I think it's a big issue for such a place.

the buautifull area around with a few bars/cafes and two department stores, nice terrace, cleanliness and silence in the hotel. Located kind of close to airport (15-17) minutes by a car/taxi. The internet works well.

I did not like that there was no free airport shuttle .instead corrupted taxi prices more expensive from the hotel to airport then from the airport to the hotel . It would be nice to have a free airport shuttle

We had a capsule for two person, but the size of the storage cabinet was the same as for a 1 person capsule. Maybe this can be improved in the future.

We really liked our first capsule feeling. Everything was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included in the morning. The airport is very close to the hotel.

We weren’t there long enough to know what there is to do around the hotel.

We loved the convenience and the budget friendly price. We arrived late and were leaving for another destination the next day. It wasn’t far from the airport or the bus station and the hotel has shuttles to/from both.

It was a little far from the ADO/Airport/beaches just because of taxi prices

location is not good, far away from cancun centre and far away from airport so you need taxis/uber for every trip. At night the capsule was quite cold, and when i asked for a blanket there were none available. the area for lockers is clean but quite small for the amount of people who need to get things out of bag, repack things change etc...

The capsule itself where you're sleeping is very nice and quite, morning breakfast is super good, area is also safe if you arrive at night

You cannot bring any of your luggage (not even a small backpack) to the capsule and you have to reach the capsule bare feet in the total darkness

It's perfect to sleep just after landing at night in Cancun if your plan is to rent a car the morning after and escape the city asap

This was a really fun traveling experience, once. I am a little too tall for the beds (6'1/ 185 cm) but it was a really different type of travel. I should add that I was only there for a night in transit.

Unfortunately the fact that the restrooms are very close to the entrance to the locker room area makes it easy for the bathroom smell to reach this common area. The good thing is that they clean the restrooms very often and it’s not a big bother.

Place is nice, novel, interesting and mostly clean.

Limited breakfast options , but plenty places to eat close by.

It's good for a short stay or If you spend all day out and coming back to sleep at night . It's also a good value for the money. Location is very central excellent.

The temperature was set very low and there didn't seem to be a way of changing it (you could only turn the aircon up or down, not change the temperature).. Within an hour and a half inside I was freezing and had to put on track pants and a jacket. There was only a thin sheet. A bit annoyingly, your bag and belongings are in a locker in another room, so it's not super easy to grab things if you decide you want one. The pods aren't very soundproof, but people were quiet. It was still a great experience.

The space was cute, cosy and comfortable. The mattress was very soft and the whole experience was quite relaxing. Everyone in the area was respectful and it was very quiet. Staff were very helpful with taxis and the breakfast was simple, but fresh and good.

Breakfast size could include a small upcharge so we don't have to get used to Mexican portions.

I'm an American, but I have visited Japan. Japanese people administer rules differently than Americans. The intent is to help, educate and provide safety and to help people from climbing over each other. Americans like to hurt and punish. Japanese rules can even be given with respect or humor. Do not be afraid of this place because they are Japanese rules, not American rules. Sometimes, Japanese people get it right! Also, this is more than just a place to stay. It is like a museum, so you get an experience, included. Like a 2 4 1 deal. Asian customer service doesn't discriminate based on social class, like American customer service. I think poor people are still Okyaku sama (honorable customer), just like rich people.

Outside area sitting tables and chairs are not at all comfortable. For working person need little good sitting comfort.

The lockers are no fun. The locker area gets congested.

The cleaning folks are always cleaning the facilities. Pretty good breakfast.
