The shower pressure was very low one day and at times the toilet wouldn't flush as well but staff was very prompt in resolving issue. An elevator would be nice and a full stove top versus hot plate but we made do.

Awesome view for an awesome price. Loved that there were several pools to choose from so never had a crowded pool. Quiet location, clean, comfortable bed and good location, enjoyed walking to the beach and using the gym facilities.

Rooms are very far away from Front Desk, grouped in towers, so carrying luggage is difficult. There is supposed to be a transport service from front desk to the towers but it wasn't available at the moment

Location, very convenient for our trip purposes and in general, as it is in a very nice hotel area of the city. Friendly staff, kind of old but functional installations, and excelent price for the zone. View from the room was very nice, the iconic San Lucas Arch.

I sent several requests ahead of time to reserve rooms that we wanted. the requests were not granted without some convincing a few days later. The newer fee structure differentiates between room types. now we know.

The view from the Ocean View rooms is spectacular. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lacation is convenient. The value for the cost is outstanding considering the cost of other hotels in the area. We love Monument Beach and the surrounding properties. the new SunRock Coffee Shop is very nice too.

Wish the pool was heated. There were no elevators, so this might be a problem to those with mobility issues and those bringing large luggages.

Our apartment was very spacious. Everything was just as described. We had a distant view of The Arch from our balcony. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Very quiet. We brought our car so going in and out of the property was very convenient. Very close to good restaurants with good views, close to Costco, and a supermarket.

Pool is cold water so I couldn't go in. Would have loved a tub in my room or hottub outside. furniture not great. Toaster not working, coffee maker very small. Lots of construction outside our back window all day.

View is incredible. Pool right in front of our building with great view Big Spacious suite Very nice staff, excellent laundry facilities Good kitchen fairly well stocked with cookware etc. Great location close to shopping and beach.

My mistake, but I didn't pay attention that there are no elevators to the flat and we were on the 3rd floor. That came a little bit as a surprise, as I was with a friend you cannot walk well. Toilet flush got stuck. Hoped to be closer to the water, as I was in building 2 which is more at top of the road... It's clearly not a luxury resort, but does the deal at a good price really.

The views (although a bit far from the beach), location close to everything when you have a car, size of flat is very convenient.

The hotel is in need of repairs, and the hot water isin't always working. The Wi-Fi is very slow. Also not much channels or streaming services available for TV watching.

Great view and each building has its own pool. Private security and attentive staff. This hotel was not at a walking distance from many beaches you have to go driving to access them. Bedrooms are spacious.

AC didn't work had to move rooms several times - staff was very friendly - and tried to be as accommodating as possible - water pressure was kind of low- and ran out of hot water

It could do with some maintenance; the furniture was stained, and the cutains falling down. Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the hair in the bathroom/shower

The property is somewhat dated but otherwise clean and well maintained.

The Sunrock is centrally located between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose. The view of the famous Arco (Arch) Rock formations was amazing. Lastly, excellent customer service by Gabriel M. who promptly resolved a billing question to our satisfaction.

We were 5 people in the main room. The hot water faucet was to tight. We couldn't open it. We ask for help but they couldn't either. They next day someone came to help but it was our last day so we said "it's fine". (We stay for one day). The building doesn't have elevator and we stay at tne 4th floor. It was a work-out.

Water pressure is very low, but that might be due to understandable water saving measures. The furniture could use a little updating, as could the tiling on the floors (a few were loose in my suite)

Great bang for.your buck. Two bedrooms, a quiet, seldom-used pool, a well-equipped gym, and ocean views galore for a fraction of what you'd typically pay for these amenities.

- Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly. - Air conditioner didn’t work. -It needed upgrades, especially in the bathrooms, things like hooks for your clothes, or towels, shelves in the shower to put your things on, and so forth.

-The location is excellent! -Cleanliness, and the cleaning staff are exceptional! -Very roomy, ideal for a family of 4. -Easy parking. - It is close to great restaurants, beaches, and nightlife.
