Food and drinks could be hit or miss but good value for money and good selection. Was noisy at night time with people shouting in the halls.

Staff were friendly, pools were great, room was spacious and cool.

The fact that the pool bars closed way too early like around 6 pm! Many people go and relax around the pool late at night and it would have been nice to have at least one bar open. The birds are everywhere which can't really be helped but you have to be vigilant on keeping your foods and drinks safe.

Our room was excellent! Even when it was in the Riu Party area the noise wasn't that loud. The curtains were able to block out the sun in the morning which was excellent. The food was great and there was a lot of choices to go to! And there were a lot of areas to sit in both main pool areas.

I was not able to bring my drink into into the pool area, where the kids had a pool pool or the adult pool across from the kids pool there was no alcohol allowed there even though I would’ve been sitting down in the chairs just watching my kids play Also, there’s no daycare for the children so that adults can go to adult things

Our building did not have an elevator and we were on the third floor with big luggage. Most buildings did have elevators but not ours.

Location was beautiful, pools were spacious, lots of pool chairs. The French restaurant and the Steak House were our favorites.

The food was okay, wish they would have more late night options for guests. None of the outlets in our room worked, we had to change rooms.

The property itself was very well maintained. The pools were beautiful and having a nightly theme party strictly for guests was really fun.

Only downside to the experience was the small gym and broken equipment, of the 3 threadmils 1 was out of service and of the 2 exercise bikes 1 of them was out of service.

Check in was great, very friendly staff, hotel was excellent, very clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options amazing with over 5 bars and restaurants. Entertainment was pretty good too. Pool bar service a plus.

I didnt like the location of my room, it was next to construction. The dust on our balcony was excessive.

Breakfast always was fresh and adequet. The entire place was clean and always sharp. The infinity pool with the views are to die for. The best part by far of my stay was the view of the ocean.

The bed and a flat pillow was not comfy at all. When you travel for 4 ocean view only have 2 full bed.

The bathroom had water marks in the ceiling, the lights wasn't working properly (the bathroom light didn't turn on after the second day & the main room light was working when it wanted to). All the bars didn't have the same thing.

The atmosphere was amazing. Party's was great! The service with staff was great. Entertainment was good.

We could hear every conversation, person walking through the hallways; walls are super thin. It’s a party hotel. plenty of people who had their Bluetooth speakers and blast music inside their rooms late night into the early mornings. I would avoid going during peak tourist times such as spring break

The location was stunning and picturesque. Right near the iconic arch of Cabo San Lucas. The hotel grounds is spacious, went during spring break and there was plenty of room to get around without feeling crowded. Numerous pools and plenty of amenities and activities to do without ever leaving the hotel.

Someone walked into our room at 6am, they were not a worker and we have no idea how they got in. We also had lots of random knocking throughout the night. A cleaner also broke makeup and left it on the counter.

The buffet was awesome, had everything we needed. The resort has so many things to do, we never got bored. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating too. The perfect resort for spring break!

Everything was really nice and the location was great, very accessible to lots of activities. We purchased our activities just a few steps outside of the facility on the beach with Cabo Twin Brothers, Tony Bologna and his wife took excellent care of us.
