As mentioned before, the hotel is on a steep hill, and therefore there are a lot of steep steps. The pool area is lovely, but lacking in shade especially during the hot part of the day, and the chairs are uncomfortable. In my opinion, this hotel as fantastic, and if these things could be fixed, it would rate a 10 !

We were very pleased with the size, layout and features of our room. The bed was very comfortable and there were two bedside lights for convenience, as well as decent storage for our clothes. The complimentary breakfast was really convenient and necessary, given the location outside the commercial area of the city. There was a quiet private spot on the second floor to sit outside in near total shade, which was really important to us, as the pool area did not have quite enough shade.

The configuration of the bathroom was not the most convenient with the toilet and shower in small adjoining rooms and then the wash basin located outside them.

Great location across the street from a lovely park and our room was quiet with no traffic noise. Easy walk to the center. Delicious and filling breakfast. Rooftop pool and hot tub was much appreciated during the hot days we were there. Bed was comfortable but this really wasn't a junior suite as there wasn't a couch or larger chair in the room.

The design of our room could have been better. The sink is in the bedroom and not private. The small toilet room has a door opening inside it and is awkward. The light and fan go on in the toilet room when you open the door. But can’t be changed and worth putting up with for a few nights.

The view from the rooftop amazing. The small bar and small pool on the roof top was fun. The breakfast was delicious! Great service throughout the hotel. Nice location.

Great free breakfast which was unexpected. The room was really nice. Toilet and shower were modern, stylish and spotless Great decor and nice TV. The lobby is comparable to a high end hotel. The staff were wonderful and friendly, very kind and helpful. Nice gym too! There is a nice bar and I loved the restaurant!

Breakfast was extremely salty every day. Moreover the waitresses ignored the customers. It seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The pool is a pity because all you can do is stare at it. The jacuzzi is not heated nor the swimming pool.

Location is great. It’s literally a couple of steps away from the city center and the beautiful Alameda park. Staff is friendly and ready to help where needed.

Honestly, I can't think of anything at all, this hotel is so superlative. It's my new go- to hotel in Queretero.

What's not to like? This hotel was truly exceptional in every way from my arrival by Uber to my departure by Uber two days later. All the staff are very well trained in hospitality. I also appreciated the 1 p.m..checkout.

A bit noisy, and it is really not too good when family cause no intimacy at all bath open to the room and even to brush your teeth’s you are in front of other person face sleeping
