The people in the lobby signing people up for a time share presentation were way too pushy. They even called us in our rooms. Followed us to the elevator. Was very put off by that as soon as we arrived..

The staff, service, food and drinks were exceptional. The beach and sand was beautiful.

Don’t fall for the “Time Share” Sunset resort. A waste of time. Not honest about it being a sales ploy. The amount of sales people walking on the beach was astronomical. Every 3 seconds someone try’s to get you to buy. They would wake you up while tanning on the beach. The resort has ripped off area, but it made the beach annoying. Wish hotel staff can do more about that…especially when we are there with young kids.

Small, close to town (can walk) . Staff were great especially Benjamin at the buffet. Most of the male staff was awesome. The women were wound tight. Food was good. Cleaning staff and front desk great.

Although Pueblo Blanco is the older of the resorts, they continue to keep up the facilities and amenities - it is a lovely place with great charm.

We ate at the buffet at Rosa, dined at Paloma and Cilantro, enjoyed room service and poolside service .... ALL the foods, from all the places, and all the meals we ate were delicious.

They need to get new mattresses for the rooms. Are passable but uncomfortable.

We didn't like the double beds. We like sleeping in a queen or king bed. We wanted to have a room service menu in the room to refer to. The servers at the pool asked for their tips in cash. We like to add the tip onto our bill.

The location is amazing! We loved that you can walk everywhere. The beach was great too! The food was delicious in all of the restaurants we visited.

The bedroom layout may cause claustrophobia- trying to jam two large beds into one small bedroom makes it hard to move around and even put your luggage away. Also, If you sit on a lounge chair closest to the ocean, you will get absolutely hammered with beach vendors- you will not be able to relax, read or have a conversation with the person next to you without being constantly interrupted… It’s like listening to your favorite jazz album and every 10 seconds there is popup ad for Mexican trinkets.

This Older building has a ton of character. Great Mexican architecture- the grounds are beautiful and nicely laid out. Great views of the bay from the upper floors. Living room / suite is spacious. Amazing a la carte dinner at Cilantros and breakfast at Paloma’s - (did not try the buffet) great selection of tequilas and Mezcals included. Beautiful live flamingos 🦩 in the pond. 2 minute walk from the room to swim in the ocean. Exploring the 2 sister resorts was fun. No problem finding 2 Lounge chairs around the pool or on the beach.
