Airconditioning was either on or off. Temperature setting didn't work. Toilet didn't function properly Had to hold handle down to get it to flush. Older rather tired property

I think I was downgraded to a smaller room. Even though I didn't need the second bed, I thought the room should cost less. Also, the quality of the workmanship of the room wasn't great. There was a big gap between the door jam and the wall. The neigborhood was a bit noisy, but that's because so much was going on.

Location was good-right in the middle of everything. Walk out one door and you are in the middle of the city, walk out the other door and you are right at the beach. LOTS of good restaurants in walking distance. The pools were very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Staff was very nice.

The location was wonderful- beach front view from our bed. The courtyard was beautiful, the decor in the room was classy and classic with ornate carved wood furniture and original art rather than the cheesy modern dorm room look many hotels adopt. Great value for the price.

The rooms were very clean but in need of a major renovation. The dresser drawers were all broken and the tiles around the sink were chipped and cracked.

The room was ready for a remodel. The bathroom was small enough for the door to catch on the toilet seat when closing the door. We quickly tired of the buffet options and really only utilized them for breakfast, which was admittedly the best meal service.

Centrally located at the heart of Romantic Zone. Large pool complex allows guests to spread out. We enjoyed a lot of time in the adults-only front pool with full view of the beach and boardwalk. The room had strong air conditioning and a nice balcony with a beach view. Staff was consistently pleasant and attentive. Very good housekeeping with a daily restock of bottled water.

One of the few hotels in the middle of the old town with direct access to the beach. Love the easy access to old town and great restaurants . One of the most amazing taco places just across the street and you need to stay in a que. But it is worth it .

Some clients are leaving their towel on long seats facing the swimming pool. Just to keep their seats. I saw some seats with towels empty most of the day, then for example a woman came to seat on her seat for maybe 1 hour. Firstly these people are selfish and also the direction of the Hotel doesn't do anything. I hated this.

I liked the room, the decoration. It seems to me that it was really Mexican. The view if you have a room with view on the sea. Even the partial view is nice.

The room was quite small for 4 people and the furnishings were tired. The room was clean, but not "comfortable" for a family of 4. The Wifi did not work at all, in our room or in the common areas.

Great location with easy beach access and walking to nearby restaurants and shops in the Zona Romantica, lovely swimming pools and hot tub/warm pools. The restaurant was fantastic, although a bit pricey. Staff were all very friendly.

The rooms are very old and dated. We also paid for an upgraded room and we’re not given that on arrival without having to change rooms and fight for what we paid for. It would also be nice if the hotel stopped beach sellers from bothering you when you were on hotel grounds.

The access to the beach and the restaurants around the hotel were great. The hotel is super central and the staff were helpful.
