Information on travel site was not accurate. No wi-fi or shuttle. Hotel is 30- 90 minutes from airport depending on time of day/traffic. Guests were loud late into the nght, only got about 2 hrs sleep and checked out at 4:00 am.

The hotel is located close to a main road and as there is not any sound insulation we couldn't sleep at all as the traffic was very heavy all night long.

The rooms are not sound proof. There is a lot of echo in the halls. Other guests and people talking loud at late hours woke us up every single night. The staff also wake us up every early in the morning when speaking with each other or in their radios. There could also be an improvement with the pillows.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed, located in the second tower. The room looks new and it was very clean and with a enough space. That also counts for the bathroom. Our breakfast was included in the price, which made our stay more comfortable.

The staff is not polite, they don’t care for customers and they took more than an hour to send me towels and had to call the front desk two times for them to send them. The elevators and the floors were not clean I mentioned the fact and they didn’t seem to care. it’s obvious that management is deficient, low quality control.

Property is on convenient location, close to places of interest. Affordable price.

The room and bathroom were clean but the hallway and other areas were not as well kept. Also, the linens seemed a bit old.

Good option right next to the freeway, if you are just passing or need a recharge stop before continuing this is ideal.

The room was way to small, the HVAC was producing ICE from the condensation and lack of maintenance, the shower was way small and the door was malfunctioning. The jacuzzi could not jet ski water for some reason.

I liked the breakfast buffett on Sunday a lot, as well as the Jacuzzi.

The room was in the second building in the back of the property the trucking company behind the hotel can be noisy at times. The room AC was also a bit loud and from time would squeal (I turned it off and back on 10 or 15 minutes later and it was ok).

The staff was friendly and helpful and printed several documents for me.

The guy at the lobby was rude to my girlfriend when she asked through the phone if the hotel had an in-hotel store, he sarcastically referred her to a convenience store outside the hotel.

We had to reserve the gym, but when we got there only one machine actually turned on. I always prioritize gyms when travel long distance this was a total disappointment. I called for maintenance. They said they would come back but nothing happened. I ended up working out in my yoga mat in the room. Nothing worked! After that I was not excited to visit the jacuzzi so we decided to go out instead. Breakfast was good but lunch was not very good. Better to go outside or order food.

The beds were very comfortable and almost all staff was very nice. I loved the parking lot, we travel by car and with stuff, it felt like a very safe parking lot.
