You pay the price to stay Oceanfront

Overpriced for the area and for the room which was nothing fancy. The room had a Keurig machine but when we told the front desk there were no capsules they said, no we don’t provide. Since that was the only way to make coffee in the room, we had to go the hotel bar in the morning and pay $10 for two cups of watered down keurig coffee?! Funny they said they didn’t have any capsules. Bad hospitality.

We really enjoyed the room’s terrace over the Malecon and beach. It was nice to be able to have drinks and meals out there and sleep with the ocean breeze…

Unfortunatly our room (the only one) was next to two airconditioning motors that were loud. We could hear really them.

Everything was really great and amazing!

The air conditioning unit is right outside room 106 was noisy. It is close to the entrance door and the hallway gets hot too because of it. The beach area for this is small and shallow; however, you can walk to other better areas. There’s an ongoing effort to keep the beaches clear of sargassum by installing nets, and cleaning every day

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room, although small, was comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Safe environment

Our room had no window and bathroom was down the hall. It was adequate for our one night stay. Next time I would book a Ocean view room.

This little hotel was right on the beach. Beautiful area. The food and drinks were excellent.

It's lacks personality, the food is ok but missing any love and details. But that's the issue for the whole village. It's just a cruise ship tourist trap

No Pool, it’s ok because the ocean is right there. Would have been great to call front desk vs text.

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to our room. It was beautiful. We had a deck facing the beach and over the malecón. Room was decorated beautifully and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on site was delicious. We ate breakfast lunch and dinner there. The shrimp tacos are amazing. Overall, great stay, Great location and walkable. We parked our car and did not love it again until we left town. Cannot wait to return.

I love it!!! This new, perfectly put hotel was a complete surprise! It's a new hotel in the best spot of Mahahual, the rooms are huge, very clean and nicely decorated, the staff are very nice and eager to help, they have the best restaurant in town and a cosy beach club included. There's a nice spa to relax with good price massages (not the usual overpriced hotel massage nobody wants to pay).

Walls and doors are pretty thin, so it could be noisy.

Great location at the end of the promenade of Mahahual. One of the best beach clubs of the town with great food and comfy sunloungers.

Breakfast options and coffee at the 40 Cañones are better (you can have breakfast in either hotel as breakfast isn’t included in the room price).

The hotel opened in early 2021 and is under the same management as the 40 Cañones, which is 100 metres away. Rooms at the Noah are much brighter and airier. Staff are adorable. Recommended.
