We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States1. The internet service at the 5th. floor was out of service; this is the second time in three months that I have been there. It was fixed at a later time. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the rooms, only fire sprinklers, and the Mexican norms do require smoke detection. There is smoke detection in the corridors, but it does not appear to be working.
The staff is always eager to help and point you the right direction when you have questions, the front desk personnel are great; and the security staff are outstanding( Morning shift). The housekeeping lady and supervisor (5th floor) are understanding and fast to respond to requests such as extra towels, etc. The free b-fast is not the best in the world, but what do you want for free? El Comal offers an outstanding B-fast buffet for a fee, which is worth it, and the hostess is great.

United StatesTHE BAD APPLE THAT RUINS EVERYTHING: There is a nighttime security guard named Javier; he will do anything possible not to help you and will make all kinds of excuses for the facility (upon some investigation, I learned that he is the manager's favorite friend). This individual ruins your stay by being rude and mean. I guess he is covered to do whatever he wants to guests.
