The breakfast was very basic and the same each day. My husband and I have stayed in Holbox before and the breakfast we received was made to order. Here was buffet style. But, it gave us sustenance to enjoy our day on the island. The water pressure was iffy, but always hot.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of six in the 2 bedroom Family Apartment. There were plenty of beds and enough space for all. The air conditioning was a lovely bonus and having a fridge and microwave for our delicious leftovers from the island was nice to have. Housekeeping was awesome, we always came home to clean floors, our beds made, and always special extra attention and care (including our dishes being done!) We also enjoyed the rooftop hammocks and look forward to a return when the bar and pizza oven are open and in full swing.

A better orientation when we arrived-- how best to get to the beach and town, and recommendations for restaurants or other special spots would have been nice. In addition, when we arrived the pool was broken... and continued to be broken for a few days. I would have appreciated some kind of apology/recognition/recompense, as we have three young children.

Great breakfast every morning, and the two bedroom suite was very spacious. Good location and lots of shade. The resident raccoons were adorable and the staff kindly made sure the kids got to see them at night.

The breakfeast is bad... fortunately you can easily find a lot of great options on Holbox and just skip the hotel's breakfeast. The kitchenette is badly equipped (one blunt knife, one scratched pan, one small pot). It's barely enough to cook something simple.

Our room was spacious, extremely clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel, next to the beach, short distance from the center, yet in a quiet street. Thanks to a discount, the hotel very good value for the money.

when checking in we have some minor troubles - eg our room type was changed from the one we had booked initiatly, and additional "trourist" tax we had to pay on top (it was really small, something like 12 USD for 4 days for 2 people), but the fact that it wasn't communicated upfront didn't make it off to a good start. Above points were not importnat with regards to the whole stay (and didn't influence the final score), but if those details would be corrected it would have been a REALLY awesome place! Consider to hire taxy when coming from Farry, we didn't do it and we were walking ~15min with the luggage accross really really bad roads. The taxy was quite cheap so do yourself a favor and start your holiday better than we did. What was a bit annoying (and it's the only thing) that the breakfast area is really small, and having the fair amount of guests is really not easy to get some food (even though food was really tasty).

Very beauftiful hotel, a few minutes away from the beach (by foot). It is not new but well maintained. There is a lot of stuff to run the hotel, at you feel the "love" that they put. Bed was very comfy. Extremely nice touch with adding Conditionair and Creme to bathroom (on top of soap and shampoo). super cool that all over the hotel there is a station to get drinking water (cold & HOT)

Large clean rooms. Lots of sleeping options. 1 double, 1 queen and 2 singles. And there is only two of us. 1 block from the beach. Good value for the money. Beautiful wood tables and stools.

Weak shower stream. No wifi in the room, only in the lobby. No TV. The pool was okay 6/10.

Relaxed and tropical feeling. Really cozy and beautiful hotel. Small but good breakfast 8/10. Big comfortable bed. You also get extra beach towels.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and top location close to the beach. Especially the staff and the hotel manager Natalie in particular were super helpful and went the extra mile to make the customers happy. Amazing hosts!!! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel with it's lovely hammocks, a stunning roof top terrace and its pool.

The water tank upstairs didn’t work and having to go downstairs anytime I needed wifi was a bit hard especially at night when there is a raccoon living there!

Our room had 2 double beds with lots of surrounding space! Was equip with everything we needed! The staff were nice and helped us when the power was out on the first night and the roads were flooded.

Three days cold water, normally would not mind that much but with this amount of rain it was not pleasant. The breakfast is just terrible, fruit with some bread.

The breakfast was quite miserable. Nachos, watermelon or toast and jam. Coffee or water. Best to eat outside the hotel for a filling breakfast.

10-15 minute walk from the ferry which we didn’t mind because we had backpacks but would recommend to get a taxi if you have luggage as the roads are uneven and sometimes flooded. Also a 5 minute walk from the beach. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Can borrow a towel for the beach from reception. Staff were friendly but did not have much interaction.

Bed wasnt confortable. Big but not confortable. Pool need repairs. The big disapoitment was the breakfast. No quality no quantity or even a orange Juice. Water coffee fruit nachos and bimbo bread. For a continental breakfast thats nothing.

We Stay for 3 nights. Everything was clean and well preserved. The location for the beach was a 2 min walk and for the center of holbox 10 min walk. Staff always on point and helpfull.
