The actual location is great, being a short drive away from the city. Taxis are plentiful but we travelled by city bus which is easy and cheap. The difficulty is crossing the main highway which is doable but scary.

This small hotel has a lot! The surroundings inside and out are impeccable. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional. LOVED the heated pool and enjoyed some nearby walkable restaurants as well as in the city. We would highly recommend Los Patios to anyone who was looking for great value.

It was unfortunate that the 2 days that we stayed, that the weather wasn’t that warm (certainly not the hotel’s fault!) so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool. I did try the hot tub and wished that it was actually a hot tub but it seemed to be the same temperature as the pool. I could only stay in for a few minutes because it wasn’t that warm. It would have been nice if the patios had chairs to sit on to enjoy the view, read a book, etc, instead of just having the hammock.

The breakfast was delicious and my husband, who has celiac disease, was able to eat most of the food after asking the restaurant staff about the ingredients. The view of the pool was lovely. We had originally asked for a quiet room, but then changed when we wanted the view, so the room we moved to was a little louder (voices around) but that was our doing. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

I prefer a softer bed, but not in bad shape. Water came out shower door even when closed. Beautiful large bathrooms, but we had soppy wet floor mat. Location was fairly central but difficult to get to if heading north, walking across the street not feasible, very busy street and even though a close beach didn't seem like we could get there easily. If you are there just to rest and relax, the place is great.

Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the buffet breakfast each morning. This is a super place if all you want to do is hang out there by the pool all day. They have restaurant onsite. We didn't eat anything other than the included breakfast but it was yummy with wide selection. Rooms were large and had refrigerator. Very clean as well..

The hotel is about 10min with a car/Uber from the city centre. Luckily the Uber was very affordable. The beach is a walk from the hotel, but it's a bit hectic trying to cross the street.

The rooms were large and comfortable with everything we needed, from an ironing board to minifridge. The food at the restaurant was amazing! It was very good value for our money.

Had issues with the shower. Would intermittently get cold and hot as I showered. The hotel does not provide someone to carry your bags. Had to haul 3 heavy luggage pieces to the third floor.

The pool a little outdated. But it was ok. They should remodel the Jacuzzi and put their logo "Los Patios" (tiles) on the front of it. it would look nice. But the way the pool or patio looks beautiful at night

It is close to Cabos Downtown. Good Customer Service Room very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food from their restaurant was delicious. My son's favorite meal Club Sandwich, my favorite pescado al mojo de ajo .. Breakfast was included and it was a great and delicious buffet that included chilaquiles,pancakes, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, variety of cereal, birriaaa and more 😋 . Even though the pool is not that big, it was very relaxing been there, drinking a Margarita and listening to the smooth, relaxing music that was on. I will stayed here again.

I hated that the tv didn’t work after many times of complaining and they even offered to switch room. And we did it but still tv wasn’t easy to turn on and off and also the coffee maker didn’t work then we had to call front desk again and the worst of all it was that we requested a wake up call at 4am because we had a tour to go at 5am and they didn’t call us to wake us up. They front desk guy said he thought we were confused with the time and decided not to wake us up. Good thing we woke up on our own!! People that work there were nice but I think they need to be more professional. One thing they didn’t ask me was if I wanted to keep a credit card open so whenever I get something from the bar or restaurant they can charge it to my room # and one time I consumed three beers and I told the waiter to charge it to my room or I could also go reach my purse and pay right the way ( I was in swimming pool) and he said “ no, that’s ok. I will put the charge to your room but then three days later they called me to go pay because they said I didn’t have any credit card open . Also the front desk perdón told me that they were worried about me not paying because they didn’t see me hanging around for the last couple days. Really??? I paid my staying ahead of time and they think I’m going to leave the hotel with all my belongings so I don’t have to pay my bill??? For three beers?? Lol seriously that explanation was not professional at all and made feel bad. In first place when I did my check in the front desk person never asked me to leave a credit card open. My whole experience wasn’t very good. Anyway. Please hire more competent people in the new future. Thank you
