THE WASHROOM IS MINIATURE SIZED WITH THE TOILET IN A ODD LOCATION AND SUPER. ALSO IT GETS SUPER HOT BECAUSE THE ROOF IS NOT A WALL. ITS A WOODEN HUT ROOF.

Be ready for the unknown 😂 you can hear absolutely everything from outside, which is ok considering you are in the middle of the center. But the most uncomfortable was to hear our neighbors using the toilet every time 💩

We only stayed for one night but the pool was empty during our stay and we were told by staff there was no kitchen even tho it says there is online.

You can definitively hear EVERYTHING from EVERYONE (street, bar, restaurant, other room) One person were watching a movie we were definitively watching with him. Same a restaurant close to the hostel were having a live performance, we felt it was in our room. The isolation is in wood so you can hear everything. Which was funny and fine for us as we stayed 2 nights and we didn’t pay much.

When we arrived the door for the bathrooms was broken but they directly suggest to change us the room. But we preferred to stay in the wood bungalow

Room was damp & had several cockroaches (only ones we saw despite staying in 6 different hotels across the Yukutan) - pool was half full & under repair.

Very small room (which is no biggie) but the water was turned off multiple times, a mouse ate my granola bar (put everything in the fridge) and the pool was empty the first half of our stay (again, no biggie we went to Holbox for the beach). And it was on a pretty noisy street but it was silent after midnight.

For 2/3 mornings we stayed here there was no running water in the taps or the loo. This was very frustrating when wanting to take a shower or flush the loo; furthermore, the water in the shower when on in the evenings was cold. the staff were barely ever around to help with problems like this. When we arrived we were told there was a 15% tax included in the price which was not obvious on booking.com. The room smelt slightly damp.

Good location near playa holbox, ideal if you want to travel to beaches north or south. Good amenities outside the hotel, supermarket and restaurants are very close by. Cheap in comparison to other hostels, however the place could be run far better.

The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived for the exact hour and there was no one from the staff apart from the cleaning lady that could not help us. There were two other people waiting already for 3 hours for the owner. None of the mobile numbers was working. After one hour a woman arrived saying that she is helping the owner and she could check us in. But then she asked for the higher proce than what I had on the reservation from Booking.com. I did not agree to pay that and was waiting another 30 minutes or so for another memer of the staff to arrive (this time he could speak English). e have mnaged to pay the agreed price eventually but when they showed us to the room is appeared that it is not clean - the sheets were not changed etc. I refused to check in to the room. Then two other random girls (friend of the owner) appeared and they started to clean the room. At this point I would be glad to change the hotel but there was nothing available in Holbox at this price. So eventually I agrred to stay but even after that one of the towels was dirsty. I do not recommend to stay there unless you are really forced to. The worst experience in my 3 week journey across Mexico.

The room itself was fine. The wifi was working well.
