The attendant at the lounge in Terminal 2 wouldn't let me leave my luggage even though there were no other guests waiting in the lounge. The receptionist forgot to give me the Wifi password for my room.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a quiet room.

It was a perfect stay for one night before your next flight. The reception staff was ok, could have been more polite, but the hotel is pretty and rooms were clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the airport and some local attractions. Plenty of places to eat in the mall close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good.

I really enjoyed the design of this hotel. It's clean, minimalist, and modern. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport, and it's also reasonably close to shopping areas if you're looking to catch a taxi for some retail therapy. The staff here are professional and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. A huge special appreciation goes to Omar. During my trip to Mexico, I unfortunately encountered a continuous 4-day national holiday; all the post offices were closed at the time. This meant I couldn't send a postcard to a very important friend as planned. On the day of my departure, I approached Omar, who was on duty, and asked him for help, well aware that it wasn't his obligation and fully understanding if he said no. However, he kindly agreed to help, using his personal time to buy stamps and send off my postcard as soon as the post office opened. He even went the extra mile to send me photos and videos of the mailing process! This gesture truly showed me the kindness and trustworthiness of Mexicans, and how sincerely the hotel treats its guests. Once again, thank you, Omar!

The first key card they gave me didn't work. I was stuck in the elevator just going up and down for a few minutes. Twice two people "accidentally" tried to enter my room. Not sure if they were given a wrong room number or they made a mistake. The pump for the bottle of the conditioner in the bathroom didn't work.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. I was able to sleep. Outside noise of people entering their rooms was minimal.

We checked in at 1am after a busy day, and we were only staying one night before our next flight. The housekeeping woke us up early, continuing to knock on our door. After we opened they asked if we needed them to clean our room. Obviously not, since we were checking out in a few hours, and it was just very uncomfortable to be woken up like that when all we wanted was some rest and sleep in as long as we could. Additionally, we entered our room with the mini bar locked up. When I called for someone to open it for us, they said we should come to the reception ourselves to open up some credit. It was late and all we wanted was a small beer and a water, if they simply told us while checking in that we had the option to open a credit for the mini bar we would've done so. Communication in this hotel could definitely be improved!!

The hotel feels very luxurious, and the rooftop with different seating areas made our stay that much better. We had to catch a flight at 10pm, and we were able to spend our entire day at the rooftop after check out. The beds were super comfortable too and the food was great!

But it would have helped to have better information on how to access the shuttle to the hotel from the Mexico City airport. We fortunately were lead to the room for travelers waiting for the shuttle by an airport staff. The information about where and how to get the shuttle was minimal and insufficient.

Even though it's a very good hotel, I do believe it's a bit overpriced, but if I have another event I'd definitely stay here again. This might be personal preference but I didn't love the shower, it's makes an awkward experience regarding privacy and keeping your change of clothes dry.

We took advantage of the free airport shuttle, since the beginning staff were asking us about our stay and if we needed assistance. We went to a concert in Foro Sol and it was the perfect walking distance to avoid traffic and waiting times. Loved that it's located over a plaza, it helps to kill time when needed, grab a snack or go to the movies.

Two small bottles of water (and one for making coffee) insufficient for 2 guests. Also only one coffee pod (the other was decaf) a bit ridiculously cheap for the prices you are charging (expensive for Canadians).

Location very close to airport and shuttle service great for an overnight between flights. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff helpful, friendly and courteous.
