The hot top was under maintenance. It took longer to get fixed than expected so we couldn’t get to it

Excellent staff, services and location. We are pleased with the overall experience and looking forward to return. We loved the art around the hotel and the nice atmosphere all across. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is nice. The hotel beach and service is outstanding. The view from every corner of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are spotless, bright and comfortable. Every afternoon the staff leaves a little present in our room which is such a nice touch ☀️ There are yoga classes as well as flamenco nights. We were treated with kindness and respect every single time. Wonderful people which made us feel better and happier Thank you Hotel Ganzo! 🪿🤩😂

Fabulous boutique hotel with a really cool/arty feel to it. Staff were very cheerfull and very helpfull. Setting is great and definately hop on the boat over to the beach club for the day (literally 2 mins) . It's only 25 mins to SJD airport. Uber's were readily available. Rooftop infinity pool has great views out to sea and over the marina where pelicans and sea lions play with great margaritas too.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a quiet part of San Jose del Cabo overlooking the marina. The view of sunset from the infinity pool was breathtaking. Hotel design, cleanliness, service, and vibes exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

I’m not a huge fan of the art, felt more like someone had been given a biro and allowed to graffiti. I love art but this felt a bit haphazard and an afterthought of the concept. As a solo traveller I’d have appreciated a proper introduction to the property. When I was checking out I heard new arrivals being told so much more about the facilities than I was made aware of so think front of house can be hit and miss. I didn’t know about the bikes and the trail or the events happening. When you’re on your own you need to feel included a little more and I felt like they didn’t really acknowledge that. It seemed odd to them that I was on my own if anything.

The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so clean and the little touches by the housekeeping were great. The beach is super nice. The staff at breakfast were friendly and always remembered your name which was nice.

The hotel was off the beaten path, which was just great for us. It provided everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The staff was excellent to work with and our fellow visitors were interesting to meet and get to know.

The hotel is adults only, but dinner time sometimes had large tables of people like the visiting band’s families and friends with very young children and babies… same with the beach club, every day there were a lot of small children and babies that were day guests and the hotel doesn’t let you reserve a bed. As a client of the hotel, I think you should get preference over day guests and be able to book because it’s stressful to get up early just to go stake your claim on a sun bed.

They really care and serve you with the most wonderful attitude and treatment. The staff of the restaurant, the bar, the spa, front desk—everyone is terrific! We had lunch at the beach club 10 times and had dinner 6 times because that’s how amazing the food is! The beach club menu is different from the hotel menu, and all the dishes we tried every day were exquisite! The menu is large enough to try different dishes every day, with plenty of options that are super tasty yet healthy and light, easy to digest—just perfect! The rooms are comfortable and stylish; the bedding and mattress quality is top-notch. I love that you have both a shower and a deep bathtub because it gets cold at night. They also vary the entertainment and have lots of parties and happenings. We extended our stay to 2 weeks because we loved it so much, and we would definitely come back!"

We probably should have rec'd communication about the ongling construction on the rooftop. Storm of course then made it also unable to use the pool there. Service limited at the smaller pool, but when they were up and running, all good. Should have shared the rule regarding alcohol during a hurricane in advance of it being shutting down as well. Again, with the storm and all involved hard to really assess the entire stay.

Absolutely LOVED my room and patio and views of the marina. We arrived the day Cabo started to prep for an incoming hurricane, so it was hard to gauge what was ahead for our visit. Staff did as great a job as they could considering all happening with the storm. Really liked everyone there. Buffets during storm were great, but considering there were no other food options by the time we were to stay on property, feel the charges should have been discounted even slightly. Storm communication/hotel operations handled very well also. Great property and when things were great they were really great! Will definitely return.

Only two aspects that weren't great: when we did the check out there were two charges to our room that weren't from us. It was solved and taken off our account but we were lucky that we kept all the receipts during our stay. Also it took quite some time to get the "safety deposit" back.

Food: really exceptional -> super fresh food / great quality and always prepared and presented in a super nice manner. The american breakfast was included in our booking and since you were able to change the ingredients / egg preperations it never got boring. We tried lunch & dinner at the restaurant: both great and also the different options at the beach club / roof top were super delicious. Service: one of the best service experiences we ever had. Shout out to Asia, Keren, Antonio & Sarai at the restaurant - they were super attentive & nice to talk to / also gave us a few good recommendations about what to do in the area. What else: the beach club & the roof top were super nice, we loved our room, sweet little details every night made our stay even better and the cherry on top was the possibility to visit the recording studio down stairs (big thank you to Paco!) - we really hope we can come back soon.

Such a shame that the rooftop pool wasn’t open as this was a major draw for us booking here. There was also a chaotic rude wedding group here during our stay, playing their own music by the pool and generally disturbing the rest of the guests acting like the property was theirs.

Loved the location, the overall standards and the level of service. The team were excellent during the hurricane, making guests and safety their priority. Shout out to Ernesto for his unwavering levels of service and to Manuel also for a warm welcome.

We loved the location next to the port - watching the boats and the pelicans. We also loved the beach, and enjoyed the boat shuttle to reach it. Despite the hurricane last weekend causing the roof pool to be closed we still loved the hotel. There were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome - welcome drink, macarons and homemade cookies- we also loved the funky decor and art. Highly recommend.

This place is just fabulous. I ended up here almost randomly, as I booked originally another place from where I ran away after one hour I arrived. The staff is really super and l lovely, discrete but always there to help. Nice decor and facilities. The food is is simply amazing! I travel a lot, both for work and leisure and I must admit I’ve never had a better experience! Thanks so much!
