We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States Minor Outlying IslandsBeds were a bit firm. Neighborhood dogs were noisy at night and prevented us from venturing outside the property due to their rowdy behavior. Entering and exiting by car required phoning the hotel to open the gate.
Great resort feel with unique grounds and buildings set in a semi-rural part of Morelia, yet convenient to the center and shopping at big name stores including Costco and Soriana.. Our Mirador suite was spacious with great panorama views and a distinctive layout that exuded style. The grounds were very enjoyable and perfect for walking with our dog. Restuarant offered good food with a varied menu. Service staff was very responsive and friendly.

I love everything about this hotel, I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever been in, so much so that the plan was to stay one night and we are on our third night here, and will probably stay a night more, it's impossible to leave because the staff is so amazing that they make you feel like home, the hotel is pet friendly so that we have our dog with us and she loves this place as well! The hotel has a huge and beautiful garden and our dog absolutely loves the space, being able to be in the middle of nature where everyone that works here treats her so well, always friendly and kind. Aside from that the rooms we have stayed in are very comfortable and beautiful. The design of each room is different and unique, with incredible views of the garden. The food is delicious as well! It's healthy, very tasty, good portions, and so far everything we have tried is delicious. This place is so outstanding that if I could live here I would!

MexicoMoney grabbing and poor value -- looks much nicer than it actually is. Repetitive officious e-mails outlining excessive charges should you want to check-in early or check-out late (we didn't). We asked for nearby rooms and were charged an upgrade to a "master suite" for the privilege. The aircon in the master suite was faulty and buzzed intermittently for four hours after being switched off. Reception didn't care. The blinds in the master suite didn't properly cover the windows so there was too much light after sunrise. The whole place could be cleaner - window blinds were very stained, blanket on bed needed washing, dead fly on shelf, mucky tub. In general all of the facilities need a coat of paint. Electric sockets by the bedside table would be a nice addition, not to mention a coffee machine.
