The rooftop area is very nice both in the day time and the evening. We are up here and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. The gym is great and the bedrooms are lovely. It is a very clean and modern hotel. Also very handy being right beside the shopping centre.

Front desk staff weren't amazing. Room was small and no air flow which was the main negative as the windows do not open so your swim suit does not dry once used for 3 days!!! Tiles in washroom look dated already!!!! Our view was not great of Ripley's believe it or not and Ferris wheel right outside our window even though hotel was not booked and quite a few rooms available.

Valet Service at hotel was amazing and I would say the most customer friendly staff at the hotel. ROOF top bar and pools was also great!!! The beds at the hotel were also very comfortable. Rooms were modern and pretty clean. Convenient location although very busy given it is connected to the mall with a few restaurants. Breakfast was good.

The property is not on the beach, and requires a 10 minute walk to public access for beaches. but the shopping and resturant access is great since it is connected to La Isla shopping Mall. The hotel is apparently THE hotel to the airlines. So the amount of transient flight attendants and pilots of every airline flooded the lobby day and night. As the property is probably the best hotel for the airlines given how new and clean it is. It is not a resort property, but more boutique. The nightime views to downtown Cancun and giant ferriswheel provide spectacular views, versus looking out into darkness every night when staying on the oceanside. Overall it was hard to find anything wrong with this property. Especially if you are there for a short stay or business. It is a really nice property. If big resort all-inclusive is your vibe, then look elsewhere. But this fresh new property hits a lot of buttons for most people. I would definitely recommend the property....and give it 5 stars for what you get.

I had a junior suite, Room 101. It was great having the space and felt very spacious and comfortable. Loved the dining room table and modular furniture. Great contemporary design. The rooftop pool area was really nice too. The pool, jacuzzi and bar were awesome. Great views and great staff at front desk, rooftop bar, restaurant and housekeeping. My junior suite was a very quiet room with nice views and very comfortable bed. I loved that I could close off the living room from the bedroom. The double bathrooms were unexpected, as was the double showerheads in the giant party shower. The vanities were beautiful and spacious. Overall, it was an unexpected treat. I would highly recommend the junior suite for the price!

Only thing that it didn’t have its own beach otherwise everything is on point.

I loved the location as it’s right beside the mall and all the restaurants and stores close by. The local bus crosses right at the entrance of hotel. Staff is always very very friendly and helpful. Octavio and Rene were very friendly and supportive. I forgot others name but each staff member was very nice. I had a wonderful comfortable stay.

I liked the location. Right beside a shopping mall with tons of food options as well as a pharmacy next door that made snacking easy. The swing in the room was amazing and relaxing to look out to the beach. I loved that there were several plugs, one on each side of the bed and a small table on each side. The shower was large and the water stayed hot throughout my entire shower. I mention that because a lot of hotels water does not stay hot the entire time.
