We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoDuring my stay there was no options to get drinking water or food after 11:00 PM without leaving the hotel. Restaurant / bar closes at 11:00 PM, vending machine was empty. The closest grocery store is at least 10-15 minute walking distance.

United StatesIt’s very difficult to access to the property the the streets around it have no access. The hotel is business class and they don’t have USB PORTS I couldn’t barge my phone and they didn’t have any adapter available, when I finally purchased and adapter the connection was not working, the tv is a cheap one and couldn’t make it work. They definitely need to work in comfort and also change the toilet it was really dirty around the top area.

United StatesThe A/C was not working, they send maintenance and we were told we were going to get a different room when we got back from a wedding but when we did they made us wait another 20 min just to make sure it wasn’t really working since maintenance didn’t advice them about the situation. We finally got a different room and there was no remote control for tv and the bathroom sink was clogged.

It seems like they need to invest in the property, seems like it used to be a great hotel but it needs maintenance! it’s sad that’s they have a bar that is not open or a pool that is not up and running! Staff is amazing, super friendly and willing to make your stay great! unfortunately they can only work with what they have!

United StatesBuilding very poorly maintained. The towels are old. The swimming 🏊♂️ pool not very clean. The water is not clear at all. Tiles in the pool missing and falling off. Bed linen is old and had old stains. The hotel had low occupancy and ran out of ice. Could not get a cold coffee. Phone in room not working. Could not order room service. I finally called from my cell phone to the front desk. I have used this hotel Chain before. This specific hotel was not up to previous and expected level.
