Beds and pillows could be more comfortable When someone tells you food was inedible offer alternatives and don’t charge the guests

The location was perfect and the staff were amazing from check in to people at the restaurant and bar were very accommodating The pizza great the fajitas terrible very stringy couldn’t eat The beds and pillows too hard for our liking Suggest villa on ocean have only a king sized bed would be more spacious

Bungalow was placed right next to the bar. Most nights is was super quiet as Mahahual is not really party place and closes down when the cruise ship guests leave in the afternoon. A few nights however, there was a small party going on in the bar, that felt a bit too close the bungalow. Maybe ask for the bungalows next to the restaurant in stead.

The location of the beach bungalows. Nice view to the beach and road (without cars). Perfect spot for people watching and being the middle of it all, but still have your privacy. In the middle of many diving schools, food options and beach. It’s super easy to get on dive and snorkel trips. Reef is only a five minute boat ride from the beach. We were there with our baby and had to take turns going diving, so it was nice that’s it’s so close.

After awhile, the daily crowds from the cruise ships were a little tiring. But that is not a negative for the hotel.

We enjoyed the funkiness of the hotel. Bright murals and mosaics. Beach was great. All staff was very pleasant.

Short bed on the lenght dimension. I'm 1.77 m tall person, still the bed was short. Good that it's in a tropical country and your feet don't freeze :)

Construction going on whilst we were there. The beach is not really swimable, not very deep and where it’s deep the boats are cruising past. But that’s more regarding Mahahual itself then the accommodation. The accommodation is fine.

Close to the beach, clean. The town itself is fine for a night or two. You don’t see the cruise ships depending on where you place yourself on the beach.

Mahahual is slowly becoming more touristy, but Evan and his crew are keeping it laid-back, the way you would imagine a small village in paradise.

The staff, the place, the cleanliness, the beach (private chairs), the atmosphere.

Bed not very comfortable, my daughter got an electric shock on an outdoor light fixture.

Proximity to the beach, good food and service, delicious breakfast included. Staff was great.

The only downside for me was no coffee maker in the room or a place to get coffee early in the morning until the restaurant opens for breakfast

Evan is a great host, we felt at home. Excellent location at beachfront and the included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again.

Bed is way to small for 2 persons (we had booked the room with 2 beds so it was possible to sleep with 2 people), lots of noise from outside (road, music, neigbors). Bathroom is super small.

The location was sublime, right across from the private beach area, in a quiet part of the area, in our own little hut, which was full of Mexican character. The bed was massive and comfy with super soft sheets. The breakfast was lovely every morning with a range of things to choose from.

We had a problem on our first night with some cockroaches, and with the shower. The room we have chosen is facing the sea and a pedestrian street, but sometimes motorcycles or people pass by, so it is a bit noisy. but all these problems were fixed the same night

The staff that work there were very good people, they know how to listen and understand their customers. Also the people are very honest, the food there was also very good.
