shower unfortunately was very bad. we had hot water once in the whole stay and the flow is extremely weak. no safe in the room made it uncomfortable for us to get the room cleaned while we were out.

elevator not working, the tub wasn’t working either and it was remarkably dirty, it even smelled bad, I brought it up to their attention, but they didn’t do anything.

I’m not one to nit pick, however the elevator was out upon arrival so walking up three flights of stairs was ok for cardio😉 they did repair it the next evening. lastly the tile had a few major holes on the floor, the most important was there was no hot water after the first night of showering. like WTH? Also there was no safe in the room.

the property is centrally located, you’re next to all the bars and restaurants. the Balcony is nice to sit out and people watch. the bed was nice and firm the AC worked just fine. there is also a jetted tub in the bathroom. it’s also an adult only hotel! yes!

-unfortunately, we had a hard time communicating as the receptionist didn’t speak any English ( so if you speak Spanish well, you’ll be fine) -we had to ask for things like pool towels and breakfast vouchers which we had to get every morning instead of getting the appropriate amount at the beginning of our stay -their elevator doesn’t work so be ready to drag your suitcase up the stairs ( we stayed for 3 nights and there was no sign of anybody really fixing it) - they advertise “ a good breakfast” which is quite the overstatement, it’s just a simple continental breakfast with an extra charge for more coffee - the hotel is right next to a busy, loud bar, the music stops around midnight so it’s not that bad but be ready - we were quite disappointed as the hotel had a 4 star rating and we expected something better - it’s not horrible but in no way it is a 4 star

Very noisy outside (but not in the hotel, only because of the bars and restaurant on la quinta avenida). The water trickle in the shower is very weak and you have to wait a long to get the hot water. Do not go there if you want a calm and resting stay But should be good for a group of friends who wants to be near from everything and doesn’t care about the noise

The place is ideally located, in the middle of la quinta avenida. Beach in 5mn, ado bus station in 15mn walk. The staff is helpful and nice. The swimming pool on the roof is clean and big enough The wifi is good

No hot water and they never clean the room in a 4 night stay, at night there is a lot of noise because there is a bar next to the hotel.

the pool was closed for renovations which were not mentioned during booking. breakfast was poor as had to leave hote and go to another restaurant with a voucher which only entitled me to toast and a coffee. no sun loungers and had to go to another hotel with a voucher again. this time I had to pay to use the lounger 500pesos.

the beds were comfortable and the shower had a steady stream of water. the spa bath was also awesome

Rooms are old and humid. Did NOT have A/C for a couple of days. A piece of tile fell from the door frame. Very noisy hotel they have a bar down stairs and the music is very loud and it goes on till 2 am every day.

No hot water, terrible sound proofing. it’s above a LOUD bar so bring your ear plugs. And breakfast is 2 bits of toast and a slice of fruit, terrible.
