The rooftop pool seemed a little bit unclean, but other than that nothing to complain about.

The place is very romantic. There are two pools and a hottub in the courtyard and another pool and two more hottubs on the rooftop. There were little chocolates on our pillow when we arrived. The included breakfast was a la carte from the nextdoor restaurant. There were always cold water available in the lobby. There were normal towels and beachtowels in our room. The location is right out to the main square in Playa. Overall an amazing place to stay.

Personnel were so kindness. Location is so strategic, bus station and fifth avenue are so close. Room was clean, organized and very cozy, the bathroom had necessary cleanness things and everything clean. I didn’t go into the pool but it looked great.

All was good, great value for money.

Lovely hotel in great location. Room was quite small, but had everything you might need there. Bed was comfy but very high! Might not be suitable for someone with movement disability. Shower was good, so was WiFi, TV and AC. The hotel itself has a couple of pools and a lovely rooftop pool/relax area. They also do well priced cocktails there. Hotel provides free water and you can leave your bags before check in or after check out. Location is great, street food and market in the evening just outside the hotel, short walk to the Main Street.

The hotel was so nice! I loved all the facilities with the rooftop terrace with pool, jacuzzis, and lounge chairs as well as the middle garden patio area with another two pools and jacuzzi, lounge chairs. The room was very comfortable. Staff were really nice a d the location was also very convenient.

There aren’t too many outlets in our room, so that was awkward. The bed is a little too close to the balcony. The other room in our reservation (with the king bed) was pretty tiny. There wasn’t much room around the king bed.

The location is amazing (love how it’s next to a lively plaza with food stalls on weekend nights. Also, it’s a plus being so close to the Walmart, 5th Avenue and the beach). The three pools are great, the beds comfy and the AC strong. It’s amazing value for the price!

It didn't affect me at all, but it's worth noting that the main lift in the lobby was not working and the other was up some stairs, so this hotel is probably not easily accessible to all visitors, at least not at the time I visited. Help with bags was offered, though, so if your only mobility concerns are due to the logistics of overpacking, you'll be fine.

Beautiful room with incredibly comfortable 4-poster bed and lots of nice little touches (quality toiletries, chocolates on the bed, pool towels already in room, very cute 'do not disturb' system). The hotel was much bigger than I expected & a bit of a maze, but I was welcomed by a lovely member of reception staff (I don't recall his name but he's the taller and *much* friendlier of the two working when I arrived) who showed me the way to my room, otherwise I may not have found it! It really exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely come back, and hope to stay longer next time, to make better use of the facilities. The location is under 2 minutes from the ADO Alterna bus station, ideal if you're going to the airport on departure.

Everything was perfect!

The room was great and very well equiped. It is very close to the city center, you can go everywhere by walking. The stuff helped us how to use collective bus etc. There was a very good air conditionning and also they have free water & coffee etc.

The outside of property could do with a paint as this does not give a true indication of the standard and service of accommodation offered.

Only a few minor problems like the blanket situation only being a sheet. Couldn’t figure out how to get to rooftop not sure if it was open. Probably just a me problem. There was an outdoor concert venue about 75 meters from the property so could be loud till a late at night but didn’t bother us much.

The staff were all so wonderful and very accommodating, great location not too far from 5th Avenue and beach. AC worked great a little too well

This hotel is the best value for money option I have stayed in for years, potentially ever. The rooms are great, spacious, with air-conditioning, fridges, daily cleaning, and complimentary beach towels. The staff are so nice with strong English, they often give little treats like a glass of red, biscuits or pastries in the morning. The rooftop is excellent, with sun lounges and double day beds for couples on the top deck. Honestly, it was a fantastic hotel and I couldn't recommend more.

The property needs work. The facade was falling off the building because of the wind. The hot tubs and pools and cushions on the loungers are old and need to be cleaned and updated. The main elevator was out of order but the elevator where my room was worked well. The sheets and linens need to be updated and the bathtub in the bathroom was too big. It couldn’t be filled much more than a few inches because the hot water would run out.

The property was conveniently located to Quinta Avenida. The room was a good size and the pools were perfect for relaxing. The bed was big and had enough pillows and the curtains kept the light out at night. There was a fridge and a safe in the room which was very nice too.

There is a public meeting point on the other side of the street and we had bad luck: during our stay there was a political get together which was really loud. Good thing about it: we are allowed to change the room 🙏🏼 Cannot recommend the breakfast. It is cheap and you cannot expect it to be good/satisfying.

The pools, whirlpools and the roof top terrace were awesome!
