One minus was if you want to enter parking space, you have to drive through a yard that is dusty and filled with potholes.

Very lovely location in the center of Birzai. We enjoyed the outside areas design and the backyards little garden. The cat, Rudolph, also brought us a lot of joy and friendship. This property is great for people who love vintage design, which we are. We felt comfortable while staying here.

An excellent stay! It's not the first time we stayed here, we stayed a few times (as a family and a solo traveller), and every time we had an excellent experience. Cosy, stylish, clean and spacious apartments, very good central location, good kitchen with good appliances, parking in the backyard, very friendly lovely hostess; during all our stays we felt very comfortable and relaxed. I'm sure we will stay at one of the apartments again in the future :-).

Central location and attention to details. Whole appartment keeps the style of local 'Arbatine' concept (which might not play any special role for younger generation which I'm considering myself beeing part of), but yoi have to admit and appreciate that owner put a lot of effort to showcase that. Also we were upgraded to better room (instead of double room we've got an appartment with kitchen, etc). Room had all required amenities and was clean

- not a winter place (it was very cold outside and the heating system did not work properly); - no place to cook meals; - not for tall people :) - reachable only by stairs; - street traffic can be loud; - no rooms, just one big space.

Wasn´t a problem for us but if you are disabled or your mobility is hampered, there are steep stairs leading to your room, something worth keeping in mind.

A very comfortable place with a cosy atmoshpere hosted by a lovely couple. A good location accross the street from a grocery store which was very convenient as we stayed only one night after arriving late in the evening. The place met the expectations in every regard.

Only details could be pointed out in this section. For me the narrow staircase to the apartment was at times uncomfortable since the building itself is old and authentic I would not change that since it is part of the beauty of living in such place but something to consider, if you dislike smaller enclosed spaces. Also, since the apartment itself is studio type, it was sometimes uncomfortable to put our baby to sleep and still be able to have a cup of tea or perform other regular chores.

Apartment itself is quite spacious and very nicely decorated. It is perfect for anyone seeking authenticity and not only IKEA made standard furnishing. Apartment is in central location and almost all main sights in Biržai are within walking distance. Host is very friendly and welcoming. The place is also animal friendly and perfect while travelling with a baby and a dog.

Very convenient location in the city, all main objects are within easy reach. The originally furnished room exceeded expectations - despite the authenticity, cleanliness and necessary attributes for a traveler, there was also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and various cooking utensils. A very hospitable host served various teas and sweets.

Could have been cleaned more thoroughly and there were holes all over one of the curtains. Not much working surface in the kitchen, and water was either boiling or cold, hard to regulate the temperature.

Cozy, spacious and stylish to the smallest details, everything in the same style from furniture to the kitchen appliances. Cozy little courtyard with flowers and lawn, absolutely loved it. Felt like in a "Miss Mare" movie, sipping tea from the porcelain cup in thqt apartment. Great location in front of a supermarket, pqrking in the backyard. Wpuld definetely come back.

Perfect location, very clean, well equiped apartment, had everything you need even for a longer stay. Very nice tea and spices shop downstairs very cute with tea kettles everywhere. This was our second stay in Arbatines apartamentai, first time two years ago both times stayed with a small child and a dog and both times had a very nice experience. Recommend!

It was really clean! Also really nice design. In the city center! Across the street there is grocery shop, very convenient. In the apartment there was everything you need for cooking. Asked for baby crib.

Very cosy place, owners were lovely, since first floor is tea/coffee shop, the atmosphere is exotic, full of scents of teas. In the morning you can buy very good coffee in the shop.
