- my room (1403) is a sea-view room but the glass (wall) is not clean & clear so that i cannot sea the gwangalli beach view clearly. sadly. - staff didn’t inform about how to use room wifi & didn’t inform that room wifi username & password is not the room number. so our family tried to login by room no. & couldn’t use wifi all 5 days while we were at hotel. sadly.

The location was good and since it was a festival weekend it was very busy. The ocean view from the 12th floor was spectacular!

At night, believe it or not, a number of kids drag race their sports cars along the road outside the hotel. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the hotel management doesn’t appeal to the police to make this stop. in addition, the heating system is quite noisy and wakes you up at night when it kicks in.

The location is central; we stayed on the fourteenth floor, overlooking the sea.

The soup and sausages could have been better. Bacon was average.

Breakfast was fair. Fruits and bread were nice. Portions given were okay.

Beds are very firm. To access the pool deck you must pay an additional fee of 60,000krw and you can only use it once during your stay.

Excellent location, especially if you have a sea view room. Lobby undergoing upgrades and whilst they don’t mention it when making a booking, the rooms have been nicely renovated.

The hotel is a little run down, the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom emitted bad odors all the time. We didn't have internet. For the price we paid breakfast was not included. I think management needs to improve on these points.

Central to Gwangalli beach, an incredible prime view over the entire bay and its bridge....both day and night view are out of this world! Close to the hotel are many bars, restaurants (korean and international) and cafes. The room was very big and comfortable for a family of three.

Room was not that clean and they reused the pillows from precious tenants as I can smell the head of an old man! GROSS. No air-cond. The room was like an oven during the day. Reception man didn't bother to help book a taxi to the airport.

I booked 2 deluxe room for family But they give use 2 different floors .The staff says, sorry! but can't fixes it. No towel in the room and i requested towel but they brought three bath foot floor towels Safety box not working and beeps sound wasn't off few mins Bed sheets and blankets not washed. I don't know what the heck is this I was very shocked after i find it out I'll attached picture

During noon time. Mid March. Super hot in the room. No air cond can switch on but just a small window u can open it n let some winds in. Not comfortable at all with hot sun and wind not flow in enough for fresh air.

Good view. Can see gwangali Bridge and drones performance on sat night. Location is strategic. Spacious n nice to stay in when travel to busan. Nice bathroom. Good quality of shampoo n shower gel.

The mattress was hard like a stone. My friend and I slept horribly. It felt like sleeping on the floor. You would never expect it from a 4 stars hotel. The toilet paper was like sanding paper. Way cheaper quality than Daiso’s toilet paper. The hotel’s water park was directly out of a dystopian movie, super dirty and abandoned. Algae everywhere. I was shocked.

The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable but on par with many Korean hotels I've been to.

The location was superb. Access to the entire beach, tons restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. The beach just across the street where they offer stand up paddle boarding and a night market with handmade souvenirs. There was an incredible view of the entire beach which would be perfect for the weekend drone light shows. The room was clean and spacious with a king and twin sized bed and floor to ceiling windows. Staff was friendly and stored our luggage for free after check out. I did not use the facilities, but a Korean sauna and pool are available and guests get 50% off tickets. There is also breakfast available for a fee, but we went to the cafe and bakery located in the ground floor.

Hidden cost. It said nothing in the booking about paying extra to use the pool but was told it was an extra 40,000 krw per guest to use the pool. The room was clean however there was a constant dirty pile of towels left outside our hotel room door for the three days we stayed there.

The room was very spacious and had a great view.

Buffet breakfast when Covid restrictions came in was limited, especialy vege and childrens option. Cheaper rooms 1 no view 1 into bathrooms. Also garbage smell. Pool and waterpark not seperate and fees high for not great looking park, so didn't use. Soundproof. No.
