10-minute walk to the Urawa Station. We love to walk, but 10 minutes is a little too long when we have to do that 2 round trips every day. The hotel is clean yet outdated, and its vibe is old: the carpet is old, the color is old, and electrical controls are old. Water pressure wasn't bad but was the worst among all 4 hotels we've stayed in the past 12 days.

There wasn't anything in particular that stands out enough for me to like.

I think the jacuzzi next to the window as the main picture is slightly misleading compared to what one has in the room. There were a few things that made me wonder if the room required repair, such as the music knob in the bathroom doing nothing, not that I really cared! Only had one choice of pillow and the humidifier was too loud even at quiet mode so ended up not using it.

A good solid Japanese hotel, nice lobby and plenty of facilities. Convenience stores just outside too, and very close to the station. Nice and quiet feel to the hotel, bed and bathtub also very nice.

The hotel had no record of my booking, Fortunately they had a room available. The bed in the room us very firm by Australian standards.

I didn’t have breakfast or any meals. Hotel restaurants are quite expensive. Room was spacious and location of the hotel was very good.

Even though we were having our wedding at the hotel, the check-in staff wanted to charge us ¥3000 to check in one hour early. The room was ready and we already paid. Why not just let people check in one hour early? It would’ve been a better response to just say you can’t check us in early instead of asking for more money. Bad policy. They don’t care about the guests.

The room is big for Japan. Very wide room and big bed. We could see Mt Fuji from the window. The amenities are good, nice bathroom.

The hotel staff pays close attention to the guests. For example, when I walk in front of the front desk, I bow properly. The restaurants we eat at are all delicious. Recommended when meeting people. Shikisai is definitely recommended.

It's in a quiet and convenient location. There are supermarkets, Isetan and convenience stores nearby, so you can go shopping anytime. There are also taxis available, so you can use them anytime. Haneda Airport shuttle bus stops here.

Location a bit far from central Tokyo.

Informative staff. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to train station. Accidentally booked a smoking room and staff offered to deodorize the room before our arrival. Overall was pleasant and bearable for our entire stay.

a bit filthy carpet. mold at the corners of the bathroom air ventilation didn't function. one of the bedside ramp bulbs was not lit. quite small safe box

the room had enough space for family. the king-size bed was 'real' king size. The water pressure in shower was great and bathtub was larger than Japan's standard. morning buffet had quite a many choice of food

I didn't dislike anything!

Everything! Bed was comfortable, hairdryer was great, the staff refilling the fridge with water bottles was a huge plus and the view was great also! The lighting system was very good too, as it could be operated from the comfort of my bed. Shower was also in perfect condition! The staff were very nice to me too and would definitely have contacted me (probably via Booking.com as I forgot to give them my Japanese number once I got the SIM working) had I left my angels, my St. Joseph and San Cristobal cards underneath my pillow on the day I left! Buffet restaurant was absolutely perfect too. Great variety of food to choose from. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in Saitama for a while.
