Everything was perfect

The Staff was really kind, we had to book an extra night and they replied my e-mail very fast. We also had to check-in after the regular hours and they agreed with no problem. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the most famous landscapes, what was great as we were able to arrive at these spots before the crowds. They have a guest center near the station and you can ask them to deliver your luggage there for a very nice price. We sent it in the morning and went to pick up around 6pm, was perfect because we didn't have to walk around with our stroller.

Excellent location. Close to regular bus service and convenience store. Walking distance to Gion & Kyomizu-dera. Good facilities with adequate space. Clean & comfotable.

The location was excellent - right next to Gion and various beautiful temples. The rooms were a little narrow for a family, but more than enough as a base for exploring.

Location was great. Kitchenette was a big plus. Grocery was just 300m away.

It was right next to a busy road that you could hear traffic passing by.

I liked the location since it was close to public transportation and convenience stores as well as the beautiful shrines.

a bit noisy because of the traffic.

the washing machine and the supermarket just opposite are very convenient! Very near Gion. Buses in the avenue too. You can walk towards the city center easily through Gion.

Some of the staff were cheerful and helpful whilst others were mostly indifferent but did their job. It didn’t ruin our experience.

For a Japanese hotel room, it’s large & roomy. Plenty of space to open up two large suitcases. We didn’t need to use the washer but it’s a nice feature. Location was fine if not just slightly a bit far for most to walk to major attractions although my friend and I, both 60 had no problems. Bus line across the street, convenience stores nearby. I would stay again.

The walls are thin and so people walking on the floor above could also be heard

Location was good- It was walking distance from the metro station. For the places we visited, busses served the location better. And the property is very close to the bus stop which a huge help. Convenience Store is right opposite. It is also walking distance to all the sightseeing places. Room was spacious and well equipped- The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and they provided us with pods for washing machine too.

they dont have yamato luggage transfer service

highly recommended to stay !! the perfect location in Gion area, near to bus stop station. Beware this hotel doesnt have access for luggage transfer service to another hotel like the yamato transport, but there is 5mins walk 7/11 where you can transfer your luggage to another destination. Overall, im happy and satisfied with this hotel

It needs better dishes and utensils in the kitchen.

Great for a break from hotels, restaurants and coin laundries. Three minute walk to a nice grocery store. Many bus stops less than two minutes walk. Also, an easy walk to Gion, .Kiyomizu-dera, the Kamo River path and many great restaurants.

The location is OK but a bit far from the main area of interest of tokyo. Close to the "old city" although.

Huge room, the facility is good (laundry machine inside the room), there is a supermarket across the street which makes it easier. The kitchen is well equipped.

I can only say positive things about the place and service.

Great location, very clean rooms and kind service. Near to the Kyoto station there is a service center where you can ask them to deliver your luggage to your room for free and you can do an early check in there as well. It was very comfortable for us in the early afternoon so we could go straight sightseeing.

There isn’t anything we dislike about the hotel.

I like that the location is a short walk from multiple bus stops. The room is extremely spacious and beds were comfortable. Our room had a washer and we were able to dry our clothes in the bathroom, which is heated!
