This was an absolute dream for us. Traditional experience at its best ! The dinner was AMAZING, breakfast aswell. The room was 100% traditional japanese experience. The hotel staff was extremly kind and helpful with everything, sending them my greetings while we are back in Italy. We realy had the best time and i cannot reccomend enough this place. Location was also perfect ! Thank you !

We had some things that didn't work in the first room we booked (light, bidet) so they changed our room to another one right away. The room was nice. Some space around the bed to put your things. The neccesities buffet at the reception is nice. They even had pajamas.

The space between the desk and the bed is small Would be nice to have more hangers in the closet and maybe a shoe rack.

this was the first visit to YOROZUYA after many years. always an exceptional experience. staff was great! Sakamoto-san was very accommodating in our SAKURA room for meals. will be sure to visit again. maybe stay in KIKU room?!?!
