Good location and easily accesible whether you arrive by plane or by bus. The capsules are well equiped and confortable. Complimentary pijamas, tooth and hair brushes were a nice touch. Everything was emaculate.

There was a leak and for Some reason the staff came to fix it at 11pm one night so it was not comfortable. I don't know whey they didn't do it earlier or the next day

The girl at the front desk is not very welcoming. Laughed at my request when I asked to keep my small day bag behind reception because it was valuable, rather than just on the floor with the rest of the backpacks and suitcases. The guy at reception was lovely and helpful though, at both check in and check out. The mattresses are incredibly thin and therefore uncomfortable. I have slept on many futons comfortably. This was thinner. Was tolerable for one night, but I wouldn’t stay for longer than that. Bin in the female dorm was not taken out and was overflowing with takeaway leftovers that smelt.

Clean facilities, bedding and bathrooms. Great location, convenient to get around, but still quiet enough at night to sleep. Key card access for everything - don’t loose it. Nice that they had toilets and a basin in the room, showers were accessible by elevator.

Pretty well everything, except the lobby had a bit of a stale smoke smell, but other than that everything was great! We had everything we needed and they provided a great space.

It took some time to travel from central Hiroshima to the hostel, but it was at least accessible via one tram from Hiroshima station

The hostel was really great and we were able to easily make flexible changes as our plans changed closer to the time. The location is close to a tram stop and the luggage storage is of a bike style lock which is allocated to your capsule pod number. The showers and toilets were to a modern standard and overall everyone respected quiet times and it was great. We had a comfortable stay here and would definitely come back again!

The capsule’s “fan” was kind of a joke and I had to keep my privacy screen open for airflow because it was so warm. I didn’t even sleep with a blanket. The pillows are also really hard if you aren’t used to those kinds. I used the blanket/comforter to cushion it.

The shower was nice, the bathrooms were good, the towels and pajamas provided were comfortable. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful.

Very clean property. I spent 2 nights at private capsule room - it was comfortable and bigger that I expected.

Be aware that the private rooms do not have an actual door, it is just a screen. You do get a locker to keep your items safe and secure.

There were a lot of ammenities and the pods were very comfortable. I’d basically describe this as an adult hostel. You get a lot for your money and it’s a great spot to stay for one or two days.

I like the neighbourhood, around the area there are 5 food eateries, other than the conveniences stores There are also many local marts so you get fresh fruits at a very affordable price. Facility is clean and the people who stayed at the same hostel were very quiet and respectful people!

I liked the space in the capsule and the common area. It was very comfortable and intimate. I got my keys to the locker and my own bed with the TV. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Beds were a little hard, but in my experience so far this seems to be fairly normal in Japan?

Really good location for the price. Lots of privacy in the capsule rooms. Very very clean everywhere. Nice communal spaces, although not many seemed to use them. Good toiletries available if you have forgotten yours.

The capsules can get a bit stuffy like others have mentioned. It was quite cold outside during my stay, and in Japan they like to blast their heaters, so it was warmer in the dorm than I preferred. You can turn on a fan by your bed, but it is not very strong. I left a gap in my blind to help the airflow. Also wish there was a fridge for everyone to keep their food in (or at least, I couldn't find it).

Location was great - in a quiet area with bus and tram stops basically outside. There's an elevator available for those with big luggage. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The dorms aren't too big, but they are clean with enough space. The capsules were comfortable too, and I slept well. Free towels and amenities are also a plus! ありがとうございました！
