We didn't sleep too well since the blinds aren't true blackout curtains and the sun came in pretty early which was the end of our sleep. You are also charged for using the bbq facilities and the fire pit. This isn't a cheap place so I was a bit annoyed to party 15 pounds you light up silver marshmallows with the kids.

It's was really nice, the kids loved it and the outdoor space was lovely. The view of course was amazing

Toilet was too cold in end of November. Tent was cold at night too. Firewood definitely didn't last through the whole BBQ.

I stayed during the start of Autumn, so it gets really cold at night, the temperature dropped down to 4deg in the early mornings, would like a bigger heater to at least heat the toilet and kitchen area.

-Amazing, unobstructed view of Mount Fuji! -Walking distance from the train station -Fuss free check-in, as the staff had prepared detailed instructions -Detailed instructions nicely filed for the usage of amenities. -Bon fire with the wood provided (need to pay extra) but definitely worth it! -theres a kitchen with all the utensils and pans, plus an Oven! -the bbq are is well decorated with beautiful lights, for a romantic or chilling atmosphere.

It took us a while to figure out the hot water supply in the bath. A bit pricey though.

Spectacular view of Mt.Fuji. Very comfortable. If you are driving there, make sure you checked the Google map first.

One of the mattresses had a spot smelling faintly of urine. I understand it was probably an accident from previous guests (most likely a child), but I think this shouldn't have been overlooked by the cleaning staff.

The room and the facilities were great, and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed the deck at night, and the inside of the dome had a very cozy feeling, with the curtains and the projected screen.

There was mold on the blinds in the bathroom. They should clean the blinds regularly as it’s a moist area.

The BBQ set at extra price is a little steep and the price pp isn’t at all that reasonable, there’s a local super market that does the same amount for less than a fraction of the price. But you still have to pay for the bbq equipment set to use the service.

Brilliant set up. Location is really convenient and near the station/bus stops or has own parking. The interiors works really well with very thoughtful touches and hidden storage everywhere (and it makes so much sense). Own bathroom, kitchen and terrace area is such a bonus.

The tiles under the campfire stove are a risk to us because it is too close to the bbq facilities and we are stumbled by the tiles several times.

highly recommend. We are a group of four, we had a wonderful experience during the stay. The tent is new and clean. Although we were not able to see the mountain view due to the cloudy weather, we had wonderful bbq time with rain shield.

My only dislike was that the mattress was a little too hard ….not comfortable for me, but my daughter didn’t mind it. Also, quite a few mosquitos entered the tent through vents. I recommend this property if you don’t mind a hard mattress.
