Upon arrival we were immediately greeted in our own language (Dutch) by Kylie. Of course thats just luck. Everything she did after that was just great. I told her that finding vegetarian food with our small children was a challenge in Japan. After that she researched places we that could visit and the next day she gave us a list she wrote up. Thanks to her we have a souvenir with our children's names on it in Japanese. What she did for us was way beyond what we could expect as service from a hotel. Thank you Kylie!

Family room initially felt a bit boxy with low ceilings, being up amongst the office blocks without a view - but we actually really liked the layout in the end & appreciated the space.

Location was fantastic - walkable to Shinsaibashi shopping strip & Dontonburi restaurants & nightlife, but in a quiet tucked away street so you could rest & escape the craziness. Near to multiple convenience stores for snacks & subway stations. Friendly staff who helped us arrange restaurants & transfers.

Brilliant location, walking distance to 2 metro stations, plus Dotonbori. Quiet, clean, excellent helpful staff. 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Appreciated the vfm laundry facilities. Couldn’t fault it.

We booked the wrong room type ( 2 bedroom apt with 1 toilet & shower). We tried to upgrade to 2 bedroom and 2 showers toom but hotel is fully booked. So have to be careful when booking their 2 bedroom apt ad there is superior 2 bedroom apt and deluxe 2 bedroom apt

It is located on a quiet street which is a plus for us because osaka is always packed with people, walking distance to osaka famous districts like dotonbori, shinsaibashi suji and namba

It would have been nice to have a washer-dryer combo in our apartment that we didn’t have to pay for. And we could hear someone upstairs from us thumping/stomping around late at night.

The family apartment we stayed in was clean, could fit all 4 of us, looked like it was fairly recently refurbished and had a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and stove. There was a rail in the bathroom for hanging wet towels or washing and an effective exhaust fan. There was a coin laundry with a few washers and dryers on the ground floor. Front desk staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, with excellent English. The location was fantastic - 2-3 minutes walk to the train station and 3 konbinis, and 10-20 minutes walk to shopping street and Dotonbori.

The facilities, location, size of the room, cleanliness of hotel were all excellent. It was so easy to get around form where we were. We had a family room for us and our two teenage boys which was perfect and a good size.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It really was perfect! Keep up the great work!

Our room was the perfect size for a family of 4 (two teen boys and 2 adults). All of the amenities you can think of were included and if you wanted extra items, all you needed to do was talk to the Front Desk. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff at the hotel are EXCEPTIONAL! Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always had great restaurant recommendations and also very helpful in arranging our luggage delivery to the next hotel we were staying at. The location of the hotel was excellent as well. Within short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and access to train stations. I also appreciated the quiet nature of this neighbourhood as well after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use Mimaru hotels in future if I ever have the chance.
