A good sized room, but I think we upgraded from the basic room. All the staff were kind and friendly. The facilities were good. There was a happy hour between 6-8 pm when you can have a free drink.

Facilities are a bit old and they are starting to feel the bite of time, but I can't say anything else that is negative.

Staff was incredibly helpful when it came to shipping bags, position is good but there are probably better. Breakfast was good compared to usual Japanese standard. Overall I think this is great value for money.

Everything was simple and convenient! The staff were lovely and it's located literally 5 minutes away from the Peace Park and Museum.

Breakfast was always crowded. By 8am most of the food was gone. When asking for a replenishment, they indicated it was not possible. The room where breakfast was served was extremely small. This hotel seems to be the number one choice for big groups. The lobby was crowded in the morning. The onsen was also very small, the smallest from my whole trip.

Perfect Location for visiting the Peace Memorial Museum and other attractions. Conveniently located to reach the Hiroshima Station. Rooms are bigger than Japanese standard rooms.

Traffic flow at the breakfast area could work better but is probably only a problem when it's crowded (which it was)

First time staying with this small chain and I was impressed. The breakfast was spectacular, if a bit hard to navigate due to space constraints. Good location close to the Peace Museum as well

No issues to speak of, at the price paid there was nothing wrong with any part of the stay.

Really good location in Hiroshima. Peace park is just a few minutes walk away and the tram stop outside has 3 routes stopping there including Hiroshima station and routes to JR stations in the west for easy access towards the JR ferry for Miyajima. Lots of places for food in the Hondori area only a short-medium walk away or a few stops on the trams. Staff were excellent, we were able to check in and drop bags before our actual check in time then returned to collect the room keys after 3pm. They had a happy hour each evening providing a free drink (including spirits and other alcohol) for each guest which was appreciated.

No bedside electric outlets. Some of the reception staff didn't speak english at all.

The room was good size (for Japan), there were a lot of things like a teapot and some tea. The location was excellent, a short walk to the park, and just next to the train stop. Good breakfast.

The room was dark (without direct light from outside). It was not possible to open my big luggage because the space between the bed and the door was too narrow.

Room size a bit small. No place to put suitcase and still move around easily.

Location was great. Tram stop almost in front of hotel. Walking distance to Peace Park. breakfast buffet was very nice, changing up each morning. Also had a happy hour every evening, with one free drink - alcohol or non-alcohol.

Really spacious room, with a big comfortable bed and bathroom - as well as a handy bedside table and luggage storage space near the entrance. The location was really convenient with the tram stop really close, as well as lots of places to eat in close proximity, with a lot of the major sights in easy walking distance.
