We loved our stay here and highly recommend. The communication was great and the hotel room was very spacious, clean and welcoming. We had a great view of the sky tree and were able to make food easily enough with the well equipped kitchenette. The free amenities in the reception was a great feature of this hotel. The coffee was delicious. The surrounding is area is amazing, we are travelling with two toddlers and found the quieter streets and neighbour hood playgrounds great. There is a bit of a walk to the train stations but that really was no problem. We enjoyed the stroll and checking out the restaurants and shops along the way. It was nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle and found we still had that in Asakusa a few blocks away. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Will come back to this hotel for sure!

I love that they cleaned our room every three days, the couches were very comfortable and clean, the pijamas were quite large and fit both of us comfortably, the shampoo and conditioner was quite nice

Compared to nearby hotels, it is a bit far (15 min walk) from the subway stations (G line and the H line) but that didn’t bother us too much. Sometimes mosquitos would appear and we had no idea where they came from!

Super spacious and very well equipped. A really nice kitchenette with ample supplies for our entire stay. Comfy beds and a/c works great too. Even got laundry and tatami area in the room! Very friendly staff, especially the front desk was able to receive the delivery for my delayed baggage and communicated well with me.

It is a bit of a walk to subways.

The room facilities were very good, clean and as advertised. The staff were very helpful and understood English. Good supermarket( Life ) nearby as well as Konbinis. There are restaurants and bakeries in the vicinity.

It was a bit of a walk from the stations we used. However, it was a pleasant walk to wind down before getting to the room. I also wish they offered cleaning everyday, but I understand.

The hotel had everything we needed. Whatever was not in the room was available at the front desk. I very much appreciated the English instructions on how to use the washing machine properly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It also had a fantastic view of the Tokyo Skytree. The location was nice and quiet, with a convenient store at the corner of the block.

Everything is very clean. The staff was very helpful (they even helped us with luggage delivery service). They gave us a free upgrade, and our new room had an awesome view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The room had great facilities, the kitchen had a fridge, a small oven and microwave oven, and the bathroom had a washing machine.

It's a little bit remote from public transport but we knew this so it's not a fault. Taxi from Ueno station is around 1500¥

Comfy room and a good size too. Washing machine and kitchen was a bonus. Several bars and eating places a short walk away.

The area around Asakusa station becomes a night drinking/girly bar place. I was not comfortable with the area. There were men/women standing on the streets trying to get people into their entertainment spaces. They didn't disturb us, but probably not suitable for younger people. I would suggest walking towards Ueno station instead. It goes through Kitchen shopping area and a very residential neighbourhood. Although it's a bit further, it feels much safer.

It's a very basic hotel (ie no gym, pool, restaurant), but we were looking for a basic hotel. The room was well setup and comfortable for 3 persons. The tatami floor was comfortable. The washer was awesome. It was located about 10-15 minutes away from a train station. It is a long walk, but we found Hello Cycling just around the corner and eventually used that to commute between the station and hotel. That made it so much better than walking.

Good location, close to Senso-ji Temple, Ueno Station and Tawaramachi Station. The neighbourhood is really nice, full of restaurants and an amazing supermarket is located close by the accommodation. The room was just perfect: spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is spacious, clean & comfortable for a family of 3 (2 adults & 1 child). The hotel provided extra futon for our son according to the booking that we made. The hotel as the name suggested has the amenities expected of a residence i.e: washing machine, induction cooker, mini kitchen & tools, toaster, microwave oven etc. Perfect for a family or long term stay. It also has an ofuro which was great. Staffs were helpful & very kind in explaining things & the amenities provided were great. The distance from Asakusa Station was a also a good plus. We hope to return.

A shower curtain would have helped stop the water spreading all over the bathroom.

We were very happy to be able to fit all four of us in the room comfortably. We were also really pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The location was great.

Would have been great if there was some type of drying rack or something similar, as not all clothes can go through the dryer. Larger fridge freezer would have helped. Although in saying this we stayed for a long time so needed a few more things
