The bed is too big for the room size especially for one person occupying. I found the bed too soft so I had a difficulty in sleeping (I had a spinal surgery).

The hotel is new and hence was very clean. The room was a bit small but bathroom area was quite spacious.

The rooms are small but you can arrange your things very efficiency.

The hotel provides excellent breakfast although it is served the same every morning. The location of the hotel is good since it is close to Yamanote Line that is the popular train line in Tokyo (circle line of the town). Staff are very cooperative (I can say it for all Japanese people). The hotel provides also free "Happy hour" from 17-22 that is very nice.

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was well maintained. The staff were helpful and courteous and the location was good for Haneda Airport as well as connections into the City. An unexpected free tea and cake was a nice touch.

Not much to do close to the hotel, this is mainly a business neighborhood. But this was not that much of an issue for a short stay as it was close to the metro station

We had to use the washing machines either very late (1 am) or very early (5 am).

The hotel is very nice and modern, the staff was excellent, we could leave our luggage before the checkin time so we had some time to explore the surroundings. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels, the bed was very very comfortable, the bathroom was huge, the shower pressure was great, the automatic toilet surprisingly had even more features than in other hotels. Everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable in our room. It has 3 washing mashines and you can check the availability in the room's tv. We loved the lounge space to have some coffee and some drinks after a long day of walking, just to cool off. It's closer to Takanawa Station, but if you walk a bit more you can also get to Shinagawa station, which has more connections to other train transports.

My room was directly facing onto the main road so could hear a bit of noise at times but other than that it was a fine.

I loved all the small touches like the amenities kits and the bath bomb powder. Universal powerpoint was very useful. Staff were super helpful and reserved a taxi for me on the day I checked out. Property was also super close 10 min walk to Shinagawa station.

Paying on the spot for breakfast is very expensive. Make sure you book it with your room or go elsewhere.

It was somewhat noisy on the Friday night, being situated on a main road. The location did however mean very easy access to the railways and we were right in the middle of things.

I liked the friendly nature of the staff and the offer of free tea and biscuits at the end of the day. I thought the hotel room was really nice and clean, but quite small. The bathroom was definitely big enough though, with a shower (wetroom) and bath. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely return. They also provided everything you might need for your stay like cleanliness products, a fridge, service rooms with microwaves and irons etc., and much else.

The bedroom was small in comparison to the wet room bathroom and the in built open wardrobe space was awkward to fit a large suitcase. The crib/cot in the facilities list is only big enough for very small babies - my nine month old could not use it.

Location a bit out of the way, limited options for food or restaurants within walking distance. However multiple stations nearby (subway or JR lines) and only a quick train ride to nearby areas with more restaurants/food options. View outside hotel may eventually be blocked due to construction across the road.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms good size for two people. Very clean and cleaned daily. Bed very comfortable. Guest lounge access with free drinks and snacks each evening.
