I just didn’t like how for first timers it’s a little hard where the lobby is, a lobby is usually 1F, but on this one was 9f

The huge lobby has free coffee and tea but no water dispenser! For the price of this hotel, water should be free! Also, you are not allowed to eat in the lobby despite being given free coffee and tea. Who would not want to buy a donut from Krispy Kreme in the basement of this hotel and not have the opportunity to eat it with the free coffee in the lobby? IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!

This was my third time at this hotel. The excellent location to Osaka Station using the JR Haruka Express or the Bus station at the New Hankyu Hotel across the street is the reason to choose this hotel. The location is the most convenient way to access Osaka city tourist sites with a group of friends who have never been to Osaka. Also the bonus is that this hotel is on top of the Yodobashi Camera shopping mall building with a supermarket in the basement. There are so many options for dining and shopping and even accessing the Umeda subway in the basement.

It is Self check in, you probaly have to line up because people arrvive by the bus load. Staff not very helpful other then keeping people in the line.

Room was large by Japanese standards and well equipped. Nice view form the upper levels. Close to the bus shuttle to KIX.

It took us some time to realise the reception is on the 9th floor, the instructions are not very clear. The facilities are not as good as expected (but it has all the basic necessities), and probably coz the previous hotel is too good (e.g. they provide charging lines for different kinds of devices) and these are not available in this hotel. And check-in time not very flexible so a bit disappointed.

The location is superb as it's right next to the main Osaka train station (Umeda area). There are lots of large shopping malls around the hotel and lots of good restaurants. And it's good that the bathroom and the toilet are separated. They even provide hot drinks for travelers in their spacious lobby to sit and relax, and they also have a little garden area outside (on the 9/F) which I appreciate. 8/F is already a food court that has lots of restaurants - really convenient for rainy days!

The breakfast was poor, it was the worse that I ever had in Japan. Suggest don't include it if need additional money

Great location, right next to Osaka train station. The airport Limousine bus dropped us off just near the hotel which was very convenient. Great variety of restaurants are located in the same building as the hotel. The hotel is located close to shops and interesting places to visit. Hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

They gave us a bath set to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room had an amazing view. Good location as next to the train station with shops below.

Great place to stay in Osaka. Centrally located in Umeda with access to JR, Hankyu, Hashin and Metro lines. Facility was well maintained and the staff was attentive to your needs. Highly recommended.
