Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I arrived 15 mins earlier than 14:00 (check-in time) and I was made to wait until it was time. I believe this was unnecessary, unless the room was cleaned the last min. Apart from this nothing else.
The room was clean and was in the format of other hotel chains in Japan. Clean and amenities provided. I stayed for one night before I had to head to the airport. 5-10 mins walk from Kawasaki train station and around around 15 mins walk from the Keikyu Airport line. Pls bear in mind that the airport trains do not run from Kawasaki train station. The hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and a massage place is also located in the same premises. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi in the room and the bed was comfortable.

Please be aware that the parking is a tower elevator parking that might not be able to cater very large cars, and it might be difficult for those who are not used to park in narrow spaces.
The hotel is at the heart of Kawasaki, which is close to station and major shopping area. I also love the foot massage machine inside the room too.

It was a comfortable stay, but the furniture is a bit old, and looks like old type of hotel. I think they could improve on the cleanliness of the carpet.
Location is so strategic, very close to the train station. I had mistakenly booked the smoking room, but when I ask to change to the non-smoking room, the staff responded politely and immediately changed the room. I am so happy with their customer service.

TV is a bit old. Need to purchase a card to watch extra content. Cannot connect to new apps like Netflix, HBOgo, disney+, etc. Would be excellent if improve tv systems.
Great hospitality. All staff are friendly, approachable and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Location is superb.

Not given the option to book the rooms without breakfast. Breakfast is the same for 6 days but different standard of cooking n service depending on the group on duty. Only first two days service is prompt, next three days is acceptable n cocoa out of stock and last day service is slow n both beverage machines broke down.
Convenient location near kawasaki Station. Lots of shopping n eating places.

The TV charges 1000 yen to watch due to old time innovation to get incremental revenue. It looks like the breakfast is outsourced in a restaurant in the same building. It is not well organized, saw a Japanese guest got angry about the poor service. Food is okay.
In between of Tokyo and Yokohama, Kagazaki is a value deal. The location is very good, near to the big metro station and many stores and restaurants. There is a massage machine in the room which can help you relax.

The room was a decent size for what I was paying and was totally spotless. The staff were also a great help and were happy to help with all my requests, which included early checkout at 4am and also ordered a taxi for me at that time at no extra cost.

Hotel is very close to multipe train lines and only a very short train ride to the heart of Tokyo. This was significantly cheaper than staying in the main areas of Tokyo and just as convienent. Excellent service, super clean and fantastic staff.
