We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Few minutes walk from the JR station (train and buses). Fine room. Great, large onsen. Coffee for in the room is at the reception desk. Supermarket across the road, but a far better one in the station. One can walk to the deer park, but I took a bus, from the hotel side of the JR station. Recommended!

The Hotel was amazing; from the Friendly Professional staff to the Buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms. It also has relatively cheap private parking right next to it. The room was very clean, even though small, and the beds were comfortable. Fresh towels every day and water in the room.

FranceBeds not really comfortable. Moreover we didn't appreciated that they made us pay for something we didn't need to use. When you check in you have to pay for the public baths even though you don't want to use them. It's like making you pay a breakfast when you didn't take breakfast. It's ridiculous.
Hotel with a very good situation, right next to the train station, and within walking distance of Nara's Park. The room we got was spatious enough. Cleaning was not perfect but good enough.
