It was good money for value for its location. Check in was hard due to language barriers.

The breakfast was good, but it is pretty much the same everyday -- so if u are staying for more than 2-3 days (which was our case), it can get repetitive. The washing/dryer machine is only 1 and hence you have to plan if you are going to use it.

We liked the location, ease of checkin, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the price and this definitely helps when travelling with family. Close to subway, garden, wide range of food places, across from a garden.

On my first stay I slept in a large double room. On our second stay, the room was smaller, but the beds were big enough and comfortable.

I am staying at the hotel for the second time. The hotel is close to 2 metro lines. The staff at the hotel are kind and ready to help every guest. Comfortable beds, everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is in a Thai restaurant. Nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, Tokyo Tower.

We booked the superior twin room which was unexpectedly big, it has sofas and coffee table inside. For us traveling with family of 4, makes it easier to open our luggages at the same time and we can still have enough space for moving around. The location is also very near to train station.

Though expected, the rooms were small for 2 people with two large suitcases.

Very good location. Coffee, tea, water were provided as well as personal hygiene amenities and pyjamas. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Would like the laundry to have more than 1 washer machine and dryer. For your size, at least 2 + is needed. AND bigger size for both. A table next to microwave. There is space on level 2 that was blocked off next to ice machine. Breakfast menu should be better, more variety. Room should be vacuumed everyday as there was small insects found on carpet. (It is very possible insects had came on our bags or from other guess).

Large room plus bathroom for a Tokyo hotel. Very close to train station, easy access to taxis, easy walk to many shops, Roppongi station is easy to get to other trains stations. 5mins walk to shopping complex. Staff are polite, great service and helpful.

The small laundry room's dryer is very weak and takes a long time to dry clothes. I would suggest putting in a dryer that is meant to dry quicker. This dryer seemed like something that should belong in someone's house rather than a hotel. Don't be too alarmed about the dryer because a lot of hotels don't have that service. Just pointing out something that can be improved.

I liked the location which was close to the train station and the area has lots of restaurants. The hotel was better than expected. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff was good and greeted each person as they entered.

there were twin beds for a family of three, when we pushed one side together, we found the carpet not clean with choclate residue. I guess they dont vaccum under the bed....

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need. My room was also tranquil and quiet despite the hotel being located next to a busy road. Very close to the Roppongi station so easy to reach.

They only had one washer and dryer for the whole facility. It felt stuffy inside the room and the AC wasn't working

It was close to the train station, as well as the Family Mart, lots of restaurants near by. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good too. They also provided the luggage forwarding service which I was thankful for as I was staying in Ota City after I stayed there.

We had a family room which was facing the main road with lots of traffic noise - there was a small hole in the window frame that seemed to let in the noise and cold air so we also got a cold draught by our heads during the night. Because we were in the family room there was nothing that could be done to improve our comfort as we were told that it was the largest room.

The staff were wondeful and really helpful. Room was very large. Very convenient for the subway station and easy to get to the main tourist sights.

The breakfast buffet was not good and no where near as appealing as it looked on the signs. The hotel only had a limited number of spare pillows so best to bring your own travel pillows if you want more than the one allocated per bed.

For a budget hotel in the centre of a capital city it was reasonably priced and perfectly respectable. It’s right next to Rappongi station and the subway is easy to navigate. Our children were young enough to be free but the beds are only a bit wider than standard singles so with bigger children co-sleeping would be a squeeze. We’d prepared for this by bringing an inflatable mat for the floor for our eldest.

On the second night, it was too cold, there was no heating in the room and the air condition did not provide any relief, even though I set the thermostat to a higher temperature.

The size of the room was just right. I've stayed in other hotels in Tokyo were usually very small and cramped. I was pleasantly surprised that Comfort Inn's room were twice the size of the others.
