United States of AmericaAlthough this is our most expensive stay during our vacation, it was money well spent. The room is spacious and quiet with a private hot spring tub and lounge beds on the big deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom is also spacious, filled with great amenities. We were provided drinks, juice, beer and water for free in the fridge. The taxi rides from the train station, to the museum, etc. were paid by the hotel. The staff is very helpful. As for the food, the dinners in the teppanyaki restaurant were artfully displayed, carefully prepared, and delicious. There were many courses for dinner and even for breakfast. They even gave us tickets for the MOA museum which is one of the best things to do in town.

HungaryThe double beds are not really double beds, but just two rather large single beds pushed together. If you are not too big, you can just sleep in one together. :) Nothing else to mention, really. I wish to go back.
Breathtaking view, soothing hot water that is all mine-just-mine! The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, they have thought of everything really. Equipped with both a kettle and a coffee machine, multiple hair drying-styling equipment and amenities. The teppanyaki dinner was delicious and included gourmet choices of ingredients and drinks. Staff were extremely attentive and polite. A stay to remember for life.

PolandStaff's English is subpar. I speak Japanese a bit so it was relatively easy to communicate, but my girlfriend doesn't, so she was basically tied down to me for everything.
Nearly everything. I love Atami, and the hotel provides an exceptional view of Sagami Bay. The food is wonderful even for ryokan standards and the rooms are spacious and really elegant. The private bath is large enough for two people to fit in comfortably.

Room with amazing view from private onsen. A lot exception personal touches in room with a lot of stuff like toothbrush luxury hand creams face washes etc. Got to wear own Yukata. Big sized room. Both evening meal and breakfast meal were amazing very delicious. Public onsen bath with sauna and cold plunge pool very quite had the whole place to myself both times I attended. Staff exceptionally friendly very welcoming. Complimentary taxi to Atami station (5 minutes) very steep if you brave the walk!
