Location was ok, but not many things to do in the neighborhood.

Staff was really friendly and the room was spacius. Room was silent and no traffic noises got to the room. The luggage transfer from the hotel to the airport was really good and well priced. All and all would go to this hotel if you dont want to be in the center of everything. Would recommend!

The hotel was great, but... everything is so tinny! I felt like Guliver, but this is like everywhere in Tokyo. the staff was really helpful, but the communication with them was sometimes difficult.

There is no elevator or escalator on subway exit closest to the hotel. However a bit of a walk from Asakusa line routing from Haneda works. I got room on the second floor next to staff room and staff entry/exit door. Really noisy - couldn’t sleep well.

New APA Hotel with good access to public transportation, comfortable bed and good breakfast choice - clearly recommended! For sure the room is small however designed in a clever way so that suitcases find space under the bed, enough hangers, etc. so that it was absolutely okay for 2 persons for 4 nights. Coin washing maschine worked well and the really good breakfast was served in a little cafe on the ground floor!

Room is excruciatingly small. Just no space to put anything. If you need to quickly "crash" in a hotel somewhere, it is great. But if you are staying a couple of days, would recommend somewhere else.

If you are a smoker, please note that there is no smoking area inside the hotel, and the nearest one is a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the location is rather dull, with few enjoyable places nearby. The bed is comfortable but if yiu are two people it's hard to get off from the side part since lack of space at the bottom

The location was a highlight of the stay. It's very close to Tokyo Station, within walking distance.

The rooms are slightly small, but definitely comfortable for a solo traveller myself.

The hotel is quite central and close to subway lines that leads to major places like Ginza. While it is on the other side of Tokyo, it is very accessible coming in and out through Tokyo station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The mattress is a bit too hard on my back, I felt pain in the morning. The room is small which I thought was fine for 1 person, but would be challenging to have 2 ppl in a room.

Perfect place, in 1 minute walk from the metro. Easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo. Very quite. Attentive and polite staff. Room is much better than expected. Great value of money. It is not touristic place, no need to expect crowd streets.
