The bathroom is really small.

The room is quite small as in most of the hotels in Tokyo, but the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect. If I come back to Tokyo, I will stay in the same place. Despite the small size of the room and bathroom, the shower is excellent and the cleanliness is impeccable. We tried the breakfast for a couple of days and it was really good - there are few Western-style options, but the Eastern-style ones were all amazing. The staff is really helpful and kind.

Room size was small, and that is about it. The step up into the shower/bath was a little high for my liking. Also that the room has a window which can not be opened. These are just small things, and by the looks of it ALL rooms on a "budget" are really small in Tokyo

I really liked the staff and even though small the room was really well equipped! The bed was comfortable and temperature settings for the room were easily adjusted. The location is absolutely perfect, not too close to the insanity that is the middle of Shinjuku but a walking distance away!

Room was big enough for me alone, with a double bed provided, but I imagine with two people it would have been a little tight.

The bed is well used and very soft. Room was small for two. The staff was not friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance.

Great location, right next to a huge park, can go for a stroll or jog. also close to Shinjuku station where all shopping happens. Have an onsen bath available on the basement.

Hotel room size could be bigger but anyway, this is typical of Japanese hotel rooms so it wasnt expected. Im not a fussy traveller so as long as the room was clean and with the basic necessities, im happy :)

Room was clean and decent in size for 2. Location was very good, just behind the Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens! Very near the train station and there were convenient stores nearby. It is within walking distance to Shinjuku. Staff were able to speak English and we could leave our luggages there before checking in/after checking out. The toilet in the lobby was also very clean.

Very small rooms, think Paris. Pretty crowded with lots of guests.

Great location in Shinjuku. Close to everything but it didn’t feel chaotic. Hot spring/onsen in the hotel. Efficient and friendly staff.

Knew Japanese hotel rooms were small but didn't realize how small. Bed (full size) is up against a wall meaning someone has to climb over the other if they need to get up in the night. No storage in the room so constantly pulling out the suitcase to get things and then looking for space to open it. Tub is very high walled so anyone with mobility issues will have trouble stepping over it to get in. No advance knowledge that we would be unable to use the facilities (bath/spa) due to having tattoos.

Good location for the area. East access to the subway and short walk to many venues and points of interest. Room was clean and hotel was well maintained.

The English movies are so quiet - could hardly hear lol. Room is quite small but who is in Tokyo to sit in a hotel room anyways!

Great location - couldn’t get any closer to a train station!! Staff are very helpful and will hold your bags for free on the final day if you’re still exploring. Bed is comfy and the shower has great pressure.
