The rooms are not very well noise isolated against each other - so can be very loud depending on the neighbors.. Breakfast is very basic, not too special. Even though it's directly located next to the sea, there is no actual beach, just a concrete pathway next to the sea that you can go to directly from the area.

Nice setup to travel with a big family group, everyone has there own "place" and you can meet up for joint activities. Liked the tennis court. Parking mostly also directly next to the places available.

At the reception they said that the swimming pool was open till 19h. We entered at 18h and at 18.30h a lady said that we need to leave because they were closing. When we stepped out at 18.40h another family arrived and the same lady left them inside. We thought that this was very rude.

The swimming pool was really good for the kids.

Amenities look a bit outdated, the village in general needs some refurbishment.

Pool is nice, houses are pretty big, air conditioning is a big plus.

The pool is quite shallow, so don't let your kids slide head first down! My son broke a piece of his front tooth on the red slide. Otherwise very nice stay!

The private beach of the hotel was really not usable. Very dirty and stinky. It had free to use sunbeds which was a plus - but the pool was really much better for relaxing.

A very spacious pool and not that many guests. The animation team was always positive and did a very good job. Good bus connection to the city, which was important because we could not find any parking spot in the city centre.

The kitchen equipment is quite poor. There are few cooking utensils, no kettle or toaster. The cupboards had a bad smell, so we didn't even unpack them.

The beach is excellent, even small children can use the pools. The terrace belonging to the apartment is comfortable, the air conditioner in the house was very good.

Check in only from 11am, if you arrive early you have to wait. But we were lucky and our room was ready quickly! Animation programme at the pool in the morning was too loud and annoying. The bedroom is in the upper floor of the house where the cool air from the aircondition does not reach very well, so it is quite warm in the bedroom. You have to know that there is no beach entry at the location. For sandy beaches you have to go to Pineta or Grado.

Pretty holiday village with small houses, private parking in front of the house, private terrace and plants all around. Nice swimming pool, especially for kids with free sun beds and umbrellas.

The air-conditioning doesn't reach the bedroom, it was so warm there. We both hurt our head badly bumping into the roof. Kids disco was loud until late in the evening.

The children's animation during the day was nice. The pool is nice with enough seating. The restaurant was also nice.

This was our second time here, we love the huge pool, the animation programmes during the day and in the evening, the friendly staff and atmosphere, the lovely little bungalow with the terrace.

A perfect value for money choice. The pool is very pleasant and easy to use. It can be used on check-in and check-out days.

Some items in the kitchen were missing (probably broken before) which was a bit inconvenient, but apparently it was possible to ask at the reception to get extra stuff. The lamp in the room was a bit dull.

The place is almost ideal for a family vacation with children. The only disadvantage is that the good beaches are a bit away, one has to go either with a bike or a car, which however takes only 10-15 min and requires a couple of euros for parking. Generally, Grado is fantastic if one goes in the mid summer since during the hottest hours one can find a lot of cultural entertainment nearby - Basilicas of Grado and Aquiliea and the museum of roman art in Aquilea.

Rather far from the city centre, not in walking distance. Although the room has a cupboard, equipped with tableware and cutlery and with hot plate, there is no dish for cooking.

Good and rich breakfast in the restaurant, in 100 m distance. Car parking in the front of bungalow. Terrace.

Underequipped apartment, there was no sponge to wash the dishes, no mop to clean the floor.

The pool was great for the kids with the slides. Every apartment have a little terrace.
