Where do we start? It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything about it was perfect, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The rooms are wonderful, with beautiful lighting, amazing breakfast and sun deck to relax! We will be going back again and we highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!! Thank you Sara! 💛

The property was very clean and equipped with modern amenities. All the rooms were very spacious, you would feel like you are in your home. We most like the sea view from our balcony. As the property is bit outside from city centre, it was always very quiet, and perfect for your vacation.

Although it was written that there would be a reception place in the property, but in reality nothing is there. After arriving at the property we had to wait outside for 20 mins along with our luggage, as the property manager was not there, also not picking up our call. The property is a bit outside from Venice city centre, as a result the local shops and restaurants are comparatively less around the property. Moreover, you have to always spend minimum 9.5 € per person for local travel by waterbus, or alternatively you have buy day pass which is ~ 30 € per person.

Cosy and clean apartament in excellent location, situated at the ground floor, with charming private courtyard, within 5 minutes walk to Campo di Fiori, piazza Navona. Small but cosy and well equipped. Very good contact with the owner.

Nowhere does it say that it is just a room in the apartment where a older woman lives with her son. Every morning they were arguing very loud, we couldn't sleep and it was very unpleasant that we couldn't wait to get out of there.
