The room unlocking was very finicky and would often take quite a few tries. You need to press the keycard, hold it for a few seconds, move it around a bit, wait until you hear the first click of the door, and then wait again for the second click to be able to finally get into your room. It works, but it is really annoying compared to other hotels where you simply hold the keycard next to the lock and enter the room.

The hotel is very modern, the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and had many options. The design of the hotel is fantastic and it was interesting to wander around the hotel. From the location it is easy to get to Verona centre if you have a car.

I only have a couple of small niggly gripes about this hotel. The air-conditioning in the room had seen better days and was barely able to produce a slightly cooling whisper. There is a lack of real food. The restaurant is great but if your not into a la catre dining your options are very limited. My last point is this, every peice of furniture in your room/hotel has a designer name (there was a list on the back of the room door to prove it). Although it had no impact on my stay it just gave an impression of a mismatched department store display room

The staff here are amazing. They are polite, multilingual and just so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were so many choices of dishes. They even had plenty for restrictive diets. The hotel is very clean and tidy with nothing out of order or broken.

Rooms in the old building were really old in need of refurbishing so we had to pay extra to get rooms in the new building. Breakfast was very basic. General feel of the hotel was that it’s more for business and meetings rather than leasure. But you can definitely relax and enjoy your stay.

Nice hotel but bit too far from the city. We had a car so it was not big problem but anyways we had to travel to the city every day. Hotel has nice territory, with outdoor pool and indoor pool as well. Rooms in new building were nice, fresh and comfortable with Spacious balcony.

Not a problem for us but it’s next to the airport you will need a car to move around the city. There are always taxis available though.

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms spacious and very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast .

You really need a car

Beautiful fusion of old and contemporary architecture. Big, clean and comfortable rooms with big balconies ( in new facility) Tasty and fresh breakfast. Good swimming pool and bar where you can have lunch.

Advised pool and spa (we were going to have a swim and sauna) was 15 euros each as we booked via Booking .com - a strange PR approach 😕 when having spent 271 euros on 1 night with evening meal and breakfast.

Contemporary modern hotel, very spacious rooms and lovely grounds for location near airport. Huge bathrooms. La Torre 22 restaurant very good meal, not cheap but couldn't fault service or food. Very good and friendly staff. Free parking underground. Free shuttle into airport, albeit it's only around 20min walk to departures. Very good buffet breakfast......

This Hotel would have to be the best Airport Hotel we’ve every stayed in. The staff were lovely & very helpful they even had a breafast bag for us both the next morning on checkout as we had to leave early for our flight & made us a coffee while we waited for our airport transfer. Our dinner in the restaurant was also really good. We would highly recommend staying here.

No shuttle bus before 7:00 am. I was given the option to walk to airport( maybe with no luggage but would not consider it without light outside or take taxi which is what I did for 20 euros.

A beautifully maintained property, excellent customer service and a wonderful restaurant. Five minutes from the airport with little or no sound disturbance. A really nice outdoor pool area with a bar. Spa available with an indoor pool.

The modern block was a little soul less.

We needed to be near the airport before our flight home following a road trip of northern Italy. so to spend the day before leaving at this lovely hotel was perfect.The pool was ideal for everyone from serious swimmer to child - the room was very comfortable, the main restaurant was excellent but above all the staff were friendly, helpful and totally professional.

Perfect swimming pool and nice size, clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was very good with professional express coffee. Parking inside of the building so the car wasn't hot. Good lotion for visiting north Italy.
