Our apartment D1 was on the first floor and it does not have an elevator. The stairs are rather narrow making it difficult to bring up luggage. About the amenities, it does not include a hair dryer, could have left more courtesy drinking water, and the mattress was rather uncomfortable and could improve the pillows. Asked for an extra hour late check out just to pick up our luggage but were denied.

The location and the quietness of the area were wonderful. It’s a 5 minute walk to saint Peters square. Most attractions such as the Colliseum are within 20 minute bike ride.

The location was incredible. So close to Vatican City and many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint is the bed was a little uncomfortable. Not terrible but not awesome.

Blankets do not have a normal duvet cover. A washing machine would be nice as well especially when you travel for a week and more.

Spacious apartment: 2 big bedrooms, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary equipment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, AC, TV, heating, hot water. In the bathroom a nice shower, a good cosmetics from Davines brand, big bottles. Located near Basilica de San Pietro, a few minutes from Vaticano and near a lot of other sightseeings. Quiet neighbourhood with a small nice garden inside

There's no washing up sponge for washing up plates and cutlery. But there's washing up detergent!

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the Vatican. We also like the coffee machine for a quick nice cuppa every morning. Our daughter didn't feel well on the check out day. We are very grateful for the late check out. She was well enough to travel after a few more hours of rest. Big thank you to the staff for their quick response to our request as well ☺️

The furniture looks a bit dated. There is no slippers. Some of the electric sockets were not working properly. We had minor issues with the boiler and tap water but nothing important.

The location is amazing. You can see Vatican from the street and it is a 5 minute walk. The area is peaceful and safe, you can find very good restaurants, pizzeria, and cafes nearby. We hardly used public transport because it is in a walking distance to most attractions and one needs to walk the streets of Rome :) The room has all you need, and you wake up to the chirping of birds. Additionally, Sonder has a very good app and 24/7 live support for every need. I also used their Milan branch and it was 10/10!

The room wasn't the same as in the pictures we so. We could not open the A/C, the remote was off but fortunately we communicated and they told us how to open the heaters. It wasnot something special and the money we paid was very much for the amenities and the quality we got.

there were building works ongoing and it was really noisy from early morning all day. We were only informed about this with a check-in text, obviously that's too late to go anywhere else. The walls seemed really thin, we could hear talking and snoring next door.

Design, weared bed. Spacy but uncomfy. Playing with radiators ( on only at day of arrival and day of departure). Having said that AC worked well. So inside meh, cool garden with birds chipping near the window in the morning, really close to the Vatican and well connected to the center via bus.

Bring earplugs! The apartment is not at all soundproof-- you can hear your neighbors' conversations quite clearly, as well as people coming & going (particularly if they get home in the wee hours & don't take off their high heels). The layout is a little strange with a bed in the living area and a fold-out sofa in the bedroom. I think sleeping in the bedroom would've alleviated some of the noise problems, but the sofa bed just wasn't comfortable. Bring an eye mask if you do decide to sleep in the living area because it's very well-lit in the morning.

Very spacious and clean with well-equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with great water pressure & lots of fluffy towels. Location was perfect for exploring the Vatican with many buses to get to other points of interest. Short walk to the train to the airport. Many restaurants, taxis, & other amenities right out the front door.

The building is a bit old (as most in Rome). The days that there was strong wind, the windows made some noise.

This apartment is clean, comfortable and well-furnished. Only few steps from St. Peter Square. Surrounded by restaurants and shops of all kinds. The staff is kind, attentive and promptly solved all we needed.

The only problem with the apartment was the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all. The actual bed, however, was OK.

The location was great, only a short walk to Vatican City. The apartment was very clean and had all the equipment you would need for a short stay. The check-in was also very easy and fast. Very satisfied in total.

Microwave was dodgy, having to FaceTime someone to prove your identity for check in is a bit annoying. Also sofa bed is a single and should specify this. Apartment is also a little bare in terms of furnishings - could do with some love!

Amazing location, near the Vatican and river, a metro station and cute cafes etc. Lovely bathroom, secure apartment.

If you are a light sleeper, you can hear other patrons in the building.

The apartment was complemented with the basics to make our stay comfortable. The main bedroom had a good bed. I liked the supply cupboard in the communal hallway. The location of the property was great; close to the Vatican & St Peter’s Basilica and restaurants. The Sonder team were great and very responsive.

Not having a check in desk might be scary at first but there were no issues in getting the access code

The location is walking steps from Vatican City. Good restaurants for breakfast “Home Bake” and excellent pasta restaurants. Size of the apartment was ample, refrigerator , coffee machine, good size bath compared to European std. I would recommend this place and will return to it.
