We received good information about restaurants. The metro can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. The apartment offers everything you need. There is a communal kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Should we travel to Rome again then only to Allesandro and Sabrina. Thank you very much for the wonderful time with you.

Excellent location and atmosphere (remarkable building retaining most of its original charm), close to St. Peter’s Square; lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, extremely easy access to public transportation. Good breakfast included. The owner, Alessandro, is very kind and helpful.

The room was a bit dark. It has only one window and it wasn’t centered.

The location is amazing, very close to the Vatican! Very easy to reach all the touristic locations. The room was clean and tidy, we just wish it was a bit brighter. It was well equipped and we found everything we needed. Alissandro, the host, was amazing, very helpful and fast in reacting to any unexpected circumstances. We liked it in general very much.

Very close to the metro station, vauchers for breakfast which was in a near bar- cornetto and a coffee, the room was cleaned daily.

We had a great vacation in Rome! We really liked the hotel! The location is excellent - only five minutes from the Vatican! Around you can find many different cafes and restaurants! The room is clean and spacious) Every day we had room cleaning and clean towels. The hotel has a wonderful kitchen studio! There you will find everything you need to prepare a snack or just relax with a glass of wine! We would like to thank the host of the hotel, Alessandro! This is a very caring person! He organized a taxi for us to and from the airport! He is always happy to help you or advise you on the best places in Rome

It was not a problem for us, but the walls are very thin and we could hear other guests from their rooms. The bathroom could be a bit better, but overall it is a decent place.

The location is great - the metro station is very near and it is also possible to walk to many important places.

We have travelled to Italy a lot. For us everything was as we expected it to be and we were happy for that. Its centrally located, clean, and comfortable. Hard to ask for more.

Alessandro was a very good host meeting us at the accommodation with a bottle of wine and showing us what we needed to know. The accommodation location was a few minutes walk from St Peters Square and the Vatican. The room was in a perfect location for this with restaurants nearby also. To get into Rome for the other tourist sites was easy, a short journey just a few stops along the Metro and the nearest station was only a couple of minutes walk away. The room was clean and the lady came every day to vacuum and clean it. The bed was super comfortable. A great nights sleep every night. The building and the area was quiet too, no disturbances. All in all, a relaxing place to stay. We arranged with Alessandro for a shuttle to take us to the airport at 3:30am. I worried that the guy might be late, but there was no need. He was there early waiting for us to come outside. We got to the airport in plenty of time. If we go to Rome again I will be looking to see if we can stay here again. We were very happy here. The location is very close to Vatican Museum. There are many shops and restaurants near by. Very easy to visit Rome on foot.

The location of the place is good, within walking distance of the Vatican City. The host was incredibly friendly. We were a bit surprised initially since the booking didn't initially convey that it was a shared flat, we were still pleasantly surprised to find a private room and bathroom. While breakfast consisted only of a cappuccino and a croissant from a nearby bar, the host's response to our feedback was gracious. He promptly offered that we could order a toast, orange juice, and an expanded selection. Additionally, a bottle of wine awaited us in our room, a thoughtful welcome gesture.

The location is perfect especially if you plan to be within walking distance of the Vatican Museum and the Basilica. It is close to a metro station, and there are restaurants, and supermarkets everywhere.

Location exceeded our expectations: close to Vatican - St. Peter square, near good restaurants, very close to the metro station Ottaviano. Extra facilities like breakfast and cleaning included. The shower had only 2 temperature settings: freezing cold or scalding hot. Worse, it bounced between the two temperatures at random. Old pipes in an old building, I suppose.
