The only thing was there was no lift but not really an issue as the climbing stairs kept us fit after eating some many pastries which were so yummy!

Andrea has been a wonderful host and provided a delightful experience. We has been super redponsive and helpful, everything was smooth and simple in Catania. Also, late check-in after midnight (in person) was definitely a big plus. That is the experience we were looking for in Catania as we spent one night and then hard to the other parts of Sicily. The room decoration is magnificent. It is located in the center of city. Everything is within 5 or less minutes walking. Like Duomo and shopping street are in 2 minutes. Fish market is in 5 minutes. Also surrounded by many restaurants always busy by locals

We had 3 little problems: the bath was letting the water on the floor though we closed the glass door while showering, the door of the wardrobe was loose, and the balcony was extremly small with totally dry plants. The size of the balcony was not indicated when we checked the photos on Booking.com which all together was a little bit disappointing. However according to my opinion, all of the problems can be easily solved.

The location was way more than perfect! It was very convenient. The size of the bedroom was adequate. The cleaniness was 100%, the bed sheets , the bathroom and everything was very neat. The area was safe and getting into the building with our key card was very easy. We got very clear communication and useful advice where to eat and how to transport ourselves. Totally helpful assistance and 100% useful information.

Tiny additions to the facilities would make a significant difference e.g. a knife as well as the 2 teaspoons provided, a couple of glasses for teeth cleaning or to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, saucers that fit the 2 cups provided, a chair to put clothes on. The water could have usefully been hotter and there is a problem with leakage from the shower tray.

We received a warm welcome from Andrea who provided useful recommendations about where to eat and responded promptly to queries and requests. The room itself is elegantly if minimally appointed with pluses being the delightful balcony overlooking a small central square, excellent sound proofing and a comfortable bed. Not to mention the cello! The fridge and kettle were welcome too and the security was very good.

Beautiful apartment in the center of the city, but a little to the side, so you could sleep peacefully. Close to the fish market, bus station and Piazza Universita and Via Etnea. The owner advised us on what to visit and provided a kettle and tea as accessories.

we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sinfonia Suites. The location is in the center of the city, a stone's throw from restaurants, cafes, shops and all kinds of attractions, the room was very nice, clean, quiet and had a free balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, which we could enjoy a tea looking at the beautiful sky of Sicily. Last but not least, the host, Andrea, is a wonderful person, extremely available and a wealth of useful and interesting information about Catania and its surroundings. Both for the accommodation and for the kindness of the host, we recommend this location to everyone.

The English speaking host, Andrea, was really kind and helpful - not only at check in, but during the whole week I stayed there. He gave me good recommendations about sights, restaurants and other useful stuff. I could easily get in contact with him, if I had a question or needed help. He always answered within a few minutes. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the aircondition was good and not too noisy. Even though there are restaurants very close to the room, it was very silent in the room, when the door to the balcony was closed. I would definetely choose to stay here again, if I will return to Catania.

Andrea was great , but just to let you know ( there’s no shampoo/ condition / soap ect so you will or hopefully already have toiletries❤️And there are quite a bit stairs ( not bad there marble ) but if you have any disabilities I don’t think it would work well at all ( but he has 2 ) maybe other one has elevator ..

The location is right in the heart of the town . So it does get a little busy at night and you can hear people but shuts down around 11-12, you are on one of the busy streets with restraints and many things to do . Everything is basically walkable . Plaza right down the street . Clean big room .
