Didn't like having to let myself in and out of the building..if I lost my room keys I wouldn't know how to get in. It didnt have a lobby area with staff to ask questions and there was no breakfast

No breakfast, No staff, we expected to meet the manager, so we followed the instructions given by wasap. Key, location, but the place is well situated near the main events.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear what is going on the rooms around you and above you. That was the only issue we had.

Breakfast was great, healthy and rich variety of items. Room was clean and comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. Bedding was clean and good quality. Room was spacious and airy as the windows are big and provide enough natural light. We felt safe here. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave us good tips about going around the city and places to eat.

The walls were thin we could hear the family with the kid right next door. The AC was leaking and in 3 days it filled up half bucket (the constant noise of the drops wasn't fun). We arrive at 14.30 for the check-in and because of a misunderstanding with the cleaner, we had to go back 1.30h later because the room wasn't ready. The owner apologied and offred us something in return but we never got anything, which it was ok anyway.

Perfect location, very close to the Rialto Bridge. It was easy to access the guesthouse and the room and bathroom were quite big and clean.

Really pleasant couple of rooms, very close to the Rialto and very close to St Marks. Easy to deal with the proprietor and there was a lot of privacy. Room was clean, cool (essential in Venice) and quiet. Fridge and excellent WiFi throughout.

Nothing, everything you need for a quick trip away

The location was absolutely perfect, we had fruit and biscuits left for us which was a nice touch and we were able to log into our own Netflix on the TV.

The only thing that would have helped us sleep would be light-reducing curtains, as the white single-layer window coverings let in the light from the courtyard all night. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the facilities on offer and most especially the friendly advice and help that Andrea and his team provided before and during our stay.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. Some other reviewers have said that it was difficult to find the guesthouse, but we found the host Andrea was very helpful and sent us a clear map link. The guesthouse is in the Cannaregio sistiere, near the Chiesa di San Giovanni Crisostomo. The entrance door is on Calle Stretta Morosini, next door to a restaurant called Osteria Barababao. The rooms are on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs. We were given a set of keys for the main door and the room door, so we could come and go 24/7. The room was a decent size for the three of us travelling, one double bed and one single bed, both very comfortable. A little double window overlooked a small quiet courtyard at the back. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful at night. The room had a double wardrobe, two bedside units, a dressing table with chair and mirror. There was a small safe for valuables in the room. Also a fridge and kettle were provided, along with glasses and tea cups. A flat screen TV on the wall. The heating & air con unit in the room was controllable from within the room and worked very well. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror. Marbled walls and tiled floor. All very clean, and cleaned daily. Towels were changed regularly by the friendly cleaning staff. Special surprise was the welcome gift we received, a bottle of prosecco, venetian biscuits, a plate of fresh fruit, 4 bottles of water, some fruit juice and a lot of sweets. Such a nice gift! We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to you, if travelling as a couple or a small family of 3.

The only disadvantage was the water in the shower that leaves very slowly while having a shower (I don't know if this is a problem of the building or maybe the drainage system of Venice...!)

We are totally satisfied and we will definitely choose Rialto experience again if we visit Venice in the future! The location is perfect, very close to everything and very easy to find (very important for Venice!!!). The staff excellent, very helpful. Precise information to find the location, self check in and check out without waisting time. For everything we needed we could contact the staff and we had an immediate answer (thank you Mahtar!) The room exactly as in the photos. Very clean with everything we needed, very good wifi and hot water any time.

Aircon was not working the first night. It took a bit convincing and someone came to check and then fixed it the following day.

Good location near St Mark's square. Room was cleaned daily although it is B&B (not to be confused with the hotel - Rialto Unique Venice Experience)

The address of the hotel is a big manipulator. The one mentioned in the address in booking.com is totally a false one. It's not the actual one. Even the hotel name actually doesn't exist. It's another hotel with the same name but not the one that we booked for. No name of the hotel was there in front of the actual hotel. Even Google was unable to show the correct location. Finally I had to call the hotel agent multiple times after which he received and gave me the actual address, which in no way was mentioned anywhere. After struggling for an hour we finally reached the hotel. The bathroom was clean indeed but there was a very bad odour coming throughout our stay in the hotel. The AC was not working properly. No hotel attendant or intercom facility was there by which we ask for anything we need. Overall this cannot be defined as a hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located almost at the heart of the centre Rialto.

The property address on the confirmation was not precise, and the phone number stated there was not working at all. And even when we were at the place, there was no signboard, so we could not find the place. They sent the working phone number through pm a few hours before our arrival, but we missed this message. It would be good to have an active phone number on the confirmation.

The room was simple but friendly. The beds were good, bathroom and shower were good. Great location and value for the given price. Highly recommend.
