The room it was very very small and we didn’t have space! The balcony it was really dirty because of the birds, the water. It was hot only when the one room was using.the walls it was dirty, but the room it was clean the price. It was okay for these that we get!

The shower was not clean, mold everywhere. The communication with the host wasn’t the best either. The host denied that I had a reservation until I sent her pictures of my confirmation through booking.com.

I loved the location and the price. Aside from the shower, The room itself was perfectly clean. Host included Nespresso pods, cookies, and water.

- the room and bathroom needed better cleaning prior to our arrival - the bathroom had a really bad smell, similar to public bathrooms that don’t get cleaned very often - dust in many places that we needed to touch (like the fridge) - balcony not clean at all

- location was quiet and close to most tourist areas - easy access to public transport - nice street view on the balcony - the room was nice and comfortable

Poor communication. The property manager didn’t message us with check in instructions before our arrival which we really needed as there is no reception (it’s entirely self check in). Also just a little bit far away from the main parts of Rome so you’d either want to be a walking enthusiast, or grab a bike/scooter/taxi/bus.

Small but lovely room with good facilities. Private fridge and tea/coffee station was great and the daily room servicing was a nice luxury. Always lovely to come back to a clean room and tea and coffee restocked.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Everyday, someone was cleaning the entire room and changing the sheets. I also appreciated the light changing color in the shower AND the little balcony to take some fresh air. Seriously that was perfect for what I needed. Not too far from the metro station but enough far away from the tourist flow.

In theory, breakfast was included in the room price, but breakfast meant 2 wafers, 2 espresso capsules, 2 small juices and 2 bottles of water, so.. mostly drinks, hardly a breakfast. The communication with the host is difficult. We wrote to the property 2 days prior to our arrival and we never got an answer back. After check in he gave us a whatsapp contact where he was a bit more responsive. The rooms are very close to one another, we could hear every noise the others made, even late in the night.

The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, clean towels, many restaurants and stores nearby and the apartment is close to bus and metro stations. When we managed to get in touch, the host was helpful. Daily cleaning.

The breakfast is not good. It is outsourced and is only a sweet and a coffee. Typical Roman breakfast, but it is a pity because otherwise, the rooms are top quality for visitors and value for money.

The staff is very polite and flexible. Very helpful and professional. Very clean room, snacks and water complimentary. Very good soundproofing and blinds for total darkness at night. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very useful information for Rome. A very pleasant experience.

We could hear the flush from the spar upstairs at night, and obviously the neighbours next door. We were in room no 501.

The breakfast wasn't exactly proper breakfast, since there was no food, but there was nice coffee, tea and juice. Right under the rooms we found a nice bakery where we enjoyed breakfast so overall not a problem. The location is not the best since it's a bit far from all the sightseeing (except the Vatican which is close) but it was ok and good connection with public transport.

The room was comfortable and tidy! Nice bed, decoration and bathroom! Good coffee and juice. The staff was amazing and friendly! Overall really satisfied! We also checked in earlier and we were really happy since we could rest :)

I didn’t like the way owners dealt when I said room doesn’t looks as per Booking photo and there were no hand soap- he asked us to leave and don’t want us guests as I am argumentative person. The shower gel and shampoo are In sashes not mini bottles. Just wonder about reviews saying the host was very nice. How ever we stayed. We did like the room even it didn’t look as per Booking photo we booked. He never picked up my phone call entire booking so I didn’t want to tell anything by message in case upsets him again or cause misunderstanding. Duvet was thin so we had to switch on radiator over night. I would preferred open balcony ( only window) and extra cover. Cleaner didn’t clean toilet well it smelled, I tried to clean myself with soap and what ever. First time on my travels didn’t left tip for cleaner. And sometimes he forgot to put sugar or something else. I booked Superior room Though will be bigger. My wrong - I had a quick look from hallway into other rooms while cleaner had doors open while he was cleaning- other rooms seemed even smaller. In photos always everything looks bigger. Balcony is very small only fits 1 person. If you imagine balcony table chairs - no you can just stand - one person.

We did like the building and inside. It felt historical. We did like the shower room interior. There was good size smart TV. Nice photos on the walls. At hallway to flat rooms offers free local phone and other information. Seemed like the owner put a lot of heart into designing. There was Nespresso coffee machine in the room and daily fill up with coffee pods. Good view from balcony to my liking. ( only if you not scared of heights) Apartment room was cleaned daily not like others. I liked Italian breakfast and people working there were nice. Coffee and croissants is the breakfast included to room price. They had Not expensive home made ice-cream- best ice cream I ever had !
