Very friendly staff, who took extra care of our dog her needs. Also, easy access to the parking garage and excellent breakfast! We would recommend for passing through on your further journey.

The hotel is 15-20minutes by tram to the Milan sights. The shower thermostat was broken and despite reporting it 3 times during our stay we were unable to use it.The bar menu was ok, service a bit slow and food was not of great quality for the price. Presentation of cold food when it should have been hot is not good. Plenty of good quality restaurants within a tram ride.

Breakfast choices and quality were excellent. The room we had was spacious with good air conditioning and comfortable .Excellent friendly staff.

Bathroom was also big, but water pressure was very low. Also breakfast was same every day, we had 3 breakfasts there.

Room was big and nice. staff was very friendly. For us locations was good as we were attending exibition in Rho Fiera. but from the Milan center it was far. there was no bathrobes and sleepers, but after our request we recieved them.

We had a little problem in the bathroom, the water in the bathroom sink didn't go down the drain and the pipe under the sink started leaking, but they sent someone to take care of it right away.

If you want the location of the hotel to be near the city centre on a short sightseeing trip, think twice.... Although the city centre can be reached in about 35 minutes by tram/bus, it is not the same as staying in the city centre. If it's not an issue, this hotel makes an excellent option.

Nothing can be faulted at the hotel... helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean modern room, room size very satisfying, safe underground parking available at reasonable cost (15 euro/day), excellent connectivity with 3 bus/tram stops nearby. On my request, the front desk was very helpful and allowed late checkout at no extra cost. Overall a good experience and good value for money....

Not really about the hotel, but the restaurant there is just a hole: a modest selection of dishes on the menu, looooong service.

When you book, you think, wow, Radison Blu! And when you arrive, you see an old, shabby hotel that doesn’t stand out in anything special—you’re a little disappointed. They make money for a name.

The shower gel was missing in the bathroom, there were no slippers or bathrobe mantle available in the room, minibar was empty - only water available, the shower floor was not stable. The overall quality experience in the room was way behind I was used to it in Radisson Milan before few years.

Pop up drain in basin wasn't working properly

Clean and modern, very convenient location as there is a tram station just around the corner which is easy to hop on to and zip around the city to restaurants and sites. Front desk staff was very helpful, directions for the tram and getting around were very helpful, adaptor was provided on request. Enjoyed my stay

No drawers on the nightstand, not much in the way of practical storage for smaller items. Breakfast manager was rude to his colleagues. It was hot in the room. Thermostat was missing even though air conditioning was advertised.

Large selection for breakfast. Saunas and pool were nice. Bartenders were nice. TV was large, which matters when ithe stay is rainy. Metro station near enough. Walking distance from CityLife and AC Milan museum.

It was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely loved the spaciousness, especially the well-appointed washroom. While it's a bit away from Duomo, I found the location charming and still convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay
