I can't think of anything specific. If there was, it was certainly insignificant to all the other wonderful things.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is within walking distance of all attractions. 10 minutes from Fontana di Trevi, 10 minutes from Monument to Victor Emmanuel II, 10-12 minutes from Colosseum. The neighborhood is wonderful, there is an extremely wide selection of restaurants on the street. The room was great - comfortable bed, clean, choice of high or low pillow, air conditioning. The toilet was also good. Everything justified, even exceeded our expectations. Massimo was also just wonderful - he was waiting for us upon arrival and he explained everything to us carefully. We will definitely come back to Massimo again if we go to Rome and we will recommend him to our friends.

Location was within easy walking distance of train and other transportation services and also many of the main tourist attractions in Rome. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, tidy and quiet. A nice addition to the room was a pot for boiling hot water for coffee, or tea. Host was very personable and also very helpful - he provided me an upgrade in room for same price and as I arrived early, I was allowed access to my room early.

It was an excellent property with a very kind owner. Located on a strategic position, finding around a nice part of Rome and really close to the attractions. Owner was ready to help with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely a place we will come back.

Italy ruined my diet can't resist the amazing food

Massimo is an amazing host that takes his job very seriously. We liked the fact that its located in the perfect spot for pretty much everything. 10 minutes walk from Colosseo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso, Roma Termini, and much more. Dozens of restaurants and bars... You are in the middle of everything In a quiet street Massimo is friendly, speaks English and assisted me in any question i had. Next time I'm in Rome I'll definitely return to this place thanks to Massimo!

The property is in a very good location. Easy public buses to all attractions. Many attractions are also within walking distance. The stay is comfortable and Mr Massimo is very responsive and helpful. There is a lift in the building. The access is secure n safe.

Since it was a guest house it was hard to initially check in if it was not during check in times. However, they responded to texts & did best to work with you. once you had your key you could come & go easily.

The room was in an area of Rome I had not explored before but it was quiet and within easy walking distance of the Forum/Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc. The property was very clean and well maintained and the room and bed were very comfortable. The host, Massimo, was extremely charming and helpful.
