Neighborhood is quite depressive and seems dangerous. The street could be noisy.

Very clean room. Nico is very nice and friendly. The most important things are good bed and private bathroom. Great place to stay for one night if you solo traveller. Close to Termini station.

Absolutely fantastic stay :) The accommodation was superb, conveniently located near the center and just a 10-minute walk from Termini Station! Nico was an amazing host, providing us with plenty of great tips for exploring Rome and tasting its culinary delights. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a visit to Rome.

Nothing not to like. Money well-spent

The host is nice and helpful. Good location, 15 mins to train station Roma Central. My baby got ill and made a mess but one note to the host solved it in time, right on Lunar New Year too. We had a great time.

It is near the Termini, which was awesome, we took the train from the airport, arrived at termini and walked to the Guesthouse. We took the metro nearby to Vatican and the bus to Fountain Trevi. The location is great

Perhaps it was a little too loud with the trains passing by and the heater would stop working at times. The bathroom was a little too tight but it was okay.

It was within city center and within walking distance to Roma Termini train station. It also had a small shop next to it for basic amenities.

It’s close to train station, and there isn’t much sound proofing, it can get noisy.

The location is ok close to main train station, very accessible for this who arrive by train or bus Delma the airport. It’s within walking distance about 800 m.

Only thing I can say is it needs a bit of a dust and a quick wipe down on furnishings. Lighting fixtures mainly and around/under the mattress needs a wipe/hoover as there's lots of dust on unused sheets. Again, can't complain for the money and enjoyed my stay there so if this bothers you (like it has some other people) then find somewhere else for the price as I gaurentee you will struggle.

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival showing me the best way to spend my time in Rome. Showing me the best way to get around and the bottle of water was a nice touch. Price was good especially in comparison to hostels and for the location. Can look a little rough outside but I never once felt unsafe even walking around at night on my own with my camera gear. Sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. Aircon kept me cool so can't complain.

The location was a bit dodgy, its fine if u are group of ppl, but for a solo traveler like me I didn’t feel much safe, but honestly nothing happened at all. Its a very good option if u r looking for a very basic room and comfy bed.

The staff was really really helpful Nico who helped to check in provided me with a map and explained how to get ro the places and offered a lot of tips. Whatever i needed help with i was texting him on WhatsApp and he replies in a second
